PlayWorks
PlayWorks has closed an initial £2 million funding round led by Vala Capital, a European VC.
Digital Colony
Digital Colony Management, a global investment firm dedicated to strategic opportunities in digital infrastructure, announced the closing of its inaugural fund, Digital Colony Partners, with $4.05 billion in commitments.
FormAssembly
FormAssembly, a data collection platform, has raised $10 million in Series A funding from investment firm Level Equity.
CellPoint Mobile
CellPoint Mobile, a provider of digital commerce and payment solutions for airlines and travel companies, announced a £11 million equity financing round provided by Toscafund Asset Management and managed by Penta Capital, the private equity arm of Toscafund.
CellPoint Mobile’s customers include Southwest Airlines, GOL, Viva Air, and Ethiopian Airlines.
SentinelOne
SentinelOne, an endpoint protection company, has raised $120 million in Series D funding led by Insight Partners, with participation from Samsung Venture Investment Corporation, NextEquity and previous investors including Third Point Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, Granite Hill and Data Collective (DCVC), among others. The round brings SentinelOne’s total funding to more than $230 million.
