Pharos Raises $5 mn

Pharos, a platform to improve hospital quality reporting, has raised $5 million in a seed funding round. The round was led by Felicis Ventures, with contributions from General Catalyst, Moxxie Ventures, and Y Combinator.

Pharos will use the funds to grow its engineering team, allowing customers to report to new clinical quality registries and measure a wider range of process metrics.

The Pharos platform’s technology facilitates the automatic extraction of custom process metrics, which is pivotal for healthcare quality teams.

Island Secures VC Funding

Island, the company pioneering the Enterprise Browser, announced the participation of Citi Ventures in its Series D funding, led by Coatue Management and Sequoia Capital, reaching a valuation of $3 billion.

This funding will drive Island’s mission to reshape workflows in financial services, providing a secure, intuitive browsing experience that meets rigorous data protection standards.

Casap Raises $8.5 mn

Casap, an AI-driven platform for fraud prevention and dispute resolution, raised $8.5 million in a funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. Other investors include Primary Venture Partners, Commerce Ventures, Curql, Alloy Labs, and fintech founders and execs from Chime, Robinhood, Square, Current, Novo, and Alloy.

The new VC funding will allow Casap to scale its platform, which reduces operational costs and fraud-related losses and enhances the customer experience by making dispute processes more user-friendly and transparent.

Abstract Security Secures $15 mn

Abstract Security has raised $15 million in an oversubscribed Series A round led by Munich Re Ventures, with support from Crosslink Capital and Rally Ventures.

This VC funding will expedite the development of Abstract’s platform, which enables enterprises to gain granular insights into security data and improve threat response. The company’s approach empowers organizations to manage their data with unprecedented clarity, positioning Abstract as a leader in next-gen security data solutions.

Filigran Raises $35 mn

European cybersecurity company Filigran has closed a $35 million Series B round, led by Insight Partners, with additional support from Accel and Moonfire.

Filigran specializes in threat management technology and will use the funding to expand into the U.S. and Pacific regions. The funding will support product innovation within its XTM suite, enhancing AI-powered threat assessments and deception capabilities.

Wildfire Systems Secures $16 mn

Wildfire Systems, a fintech leader in loyalty and rewards, has completed a $16 million Series B funding round co-led by Intuit Ventures and Mucker Capital. There was new participation from Cohen Circle, Samsung Next, Evolution VC, and Gaingels. Existing investors, including TTV Capital, QED Investors, B Capital, DLA Piper, Moonshots Capital, and Citi Ventures, also joined, bringing Wildfire’s total funding to $36 million.

With the new VC funding, Wildfire plans to expand the platform’s features, catering to a global demand for digital loyalty experiences that drive customer retention and engagement.
