P0 Security raises $15 mn

P0 Security, a cloud security company, has raised $15 million in a Series A round.

P0 Security has raised $20 million to date.

The VC funding round was led by SYN Ventures with participation from Zscaler, and existing investor Lightspeed Venture Partners.

P0 Security’s customers include technology and financial services companies.

P0 Security plans to use the VC funding to scale its go-to-market and engineering teams.

Cashmere raises $3.6 mn

Cashmere, an AI-powered client acquisition platform for wealth management firms, has raised $3.6 million in a seed funding round.

The seed round was led by Canapi Ventures, a specialist investor in the fintech space.

There was participation from Benchstrength, Plug and Play, The House Fund, Courtyard Ventures, and angel backers.

Glean raises $260 mn

Glean, an enterprise AI leader, has raised over $260 million in its Series E round at a $4.6 billion valuation.

The funding round was co-led by Altimeter and DST Global.

There was also participation from new investors Craft Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, and SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and existing investors Coatue, General Catalyst, ICONIQ Growth, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Sequoia Capital.

Glean will use the funding to support accelerating AI innovation, customer acquisition, and global expansion.

SiLC Technologies receives investment

SiLC Technologies has received an investment from Honda Innovations to develop FMCW LiDAR solutions for all types of mobility.

SiLC is developing single-chip FMCW (Coherent) LiDAR solutions and focuses on enabling advanced AI-based machine vision.

Quantum Source raises $50 mn

Quantum Source has raised $50 million in a Series A investment round led by Eclipse.

There was participation from Standard Investments, Level VC, Canon Equity, as well as existing investors Pitango First, Grove Ventures, 10D, and Dell Technologies Capital.

SiLC Technologies has raised over $77 million to date. SiLC Technologies will use the VC funding round to enhance engineering capabilities and accelerate the commercialization of quantum solutions.

Smartcat raises $43 mn

Smartcat, the enterprise language AI platform, has raised $43 million in a Series C funding led by Left Lane Capital.

Smartcat platform uses AI to translate and create content for global enterprises, realizing significant ROI savings over traditional solutions.

Smartcat will use the VC funding to support the growing demand for Smartcat’s AI-based translation and multilingual content generation solutions.

AppCD raises $12.3 mn

AppCD (StackGen) has raised $12.3 million in a seed round led by Thomvest Ventures, with existing investors, FireBolt Ventures, WestWave Capital, and Secure Octane participating.

StackGen will use the VC funding to accelerate product development, enhance its go-to-market strategy, and fuel company growth.

Pieces Technologies raises $25 mn

Pieces Technologies, a clinical generative AI solution, has raised $25 million in growth financing round consisting of new equity and the conversion of notes.

There was participation from Children’s Health, healthcare investment firm Concord Health Partners, renowned health systems including OSF HealthCare, and specialized health tech venture investor Rittenhouse Ventures.

Mangomint raises $35 mn

Mangomint, the salon and spa software provider, has raised $35 million in a Series B funding round.

Mangomint has focused on improving efficiency and leveraging automation to help independent salon and spa businesses cut costs, save time, and reduce friction in their operations.

Mangomint will use the VC funding to hire engineering talent to expand its products to drive profitability by building more automation-driven features.

Mangomint’s Series B funding round was led by Altos Ventures.

There was participation from Jason Lemkin’s SaaStr Fund and existing investor OpenView Venture Partners.

AMI receives investment from THL Partners

AMI, the leader in Dynamic Firmware, will receive a majority investment from THL Partners, a private equity firm investing in middle market growth companies.

AMI provides silicon level software (Dynamic Firmware) to power and boot, manage, orchestrate, and secure modern computing environments.

AMI will use the investment to accelerate AMI’s product innovation and market expansion as it serves global silicon designers, device manufacturers, and cloud service providers.

Finally raises $200 mn

Finally, a provider of the AI-powered finance and HR suite, has raised $50 million in a Series B from PeakSpan Capital and $150 million credit facility from Encina.

Finally has raised $305 million to date.

Finally will invest in employees across the organization, research and development of its product stack, and expanding its go-to-market initiatives.

Soluna raises $25 mn growth capital

Soluna Holdings, a developer of data centers, raised $25 million from fund managed by Yorkville Advisors Global.
