Mobile Doorman, NiYO Solutions, Sinequa Adventus Ventures, Scaled Agile, Tachyum, Chatmeter, Aryballe Technologies, among others, announced their latest VC funding rounds.
Mobile Doorman, a software provider of custom mobile apps, has raised $6.5 million capital led by Reimagined Ventures (RIVC), an investment arm of the Litowitz Family Office, who also led its Series A round in 2018, as well as contributions from existing investors.
Adventus Ventures has completed a $3 million Series A round of equity financing — led by OnFace SDC.
Digital banking start-up NiYO Solutions has raised $35 million in Series B funding round from Horizons Ventures, Tencent and existing investor, JS Capital. NiYO earlier raised $14 million in funding rounds led by Prime Venture Partners. The total fund raised by NiYO reached $49 million to-date.
Scaled Agile has received equity investment from Leeds Equity Partners, in partnership with Dean Leffingwell, the company founder, the management team, and Rubicon Technology Partners.
Tachyum has finalized a Series-A funding round of $25 million led by private equity investor IPM Group, with participation of the Slovak Government.
Chatmeter, a local search marketing and reputation management company, has received investment by funds advised by Providence Strategic Growth (PSG), the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Aryballe Technologies has raised €6.2 million in funding led by two new strategic investors, IFF and Hyundai Motor Company and its existing investors, including Catherine Dunand of CEMAG INVEST and Vincent Deltrieu of INNOVACOM.
