Mediwhale raises $12 mn
Mediwhale, the AI-powered health diagnostics company, has raised $12 million in a series A2 funding.
The financing round was led by Korea Development Bank (KDB), with participation from Woori Venture Partners, IMM Investment, Mirae Asset Securities, and other investors.
Mediwhale will use the VC funding to enhance AI algorithms, achieve U.S. FDA approval for Reti-CVD, expand its global footprint, and develop new products to predict chronic kidney disease risk.
Movement Labs partners raise $13.2 mn
Movement Labs, a network focused on open-source tooling for the Move smart contract language, has revealed that five of its key partners, who received support through the Move Collective program, have collectively raised $13.2 million in seed funding.

Lync: $1.5 million for their consumer-centric rollup
HelixLabs: $2 million for their innovative cross-chain interoperability solution
Nexio: $2.2 million for their parallelized Bitcoin rollup
Echelon: $3.5 million for their decentralized lending protocol
Meridian: $4 million for their advanced DeFi platform
The Move Collective aims to transform ideas into blockchain applications by providing participants with benefits including funding opportunities, expert mentorship, strategic networking, and essential resources.
Tetrix raises $5 mn
Tetrix, which is empowering capital allocators with AI-driven insights, has raised a $5 million seed round led by Innovation Endeavors with participation from prominent angels from Blackrock, CPPIB, SoftBank, Lending Club, and Plaid.
Bot Auto raises $20 mn
Bot Auto, a provider of autonomous vehicle (AV) technology, has raised $20 million. The round was led by investors: Brightway Future Venture, Cherubic Venture, EnvisionX Venture, First Star Venture, Linear Capital, M31 Capital, Taihill Venture, and Uphonest Venture.
Bot Auto will use the investment for tech development for the next generation of autonomous trucking that focuses on safety and operation efficiency.
Mendaera raises $73 mn
Mendaera, a healthcare technology company, has raised $73 million in Series B funding led by Threshold Ventures. There was participation from investors including Lux Capital, PFM Health Sciences, and Fred Moll (founder of Intuitive Surgical and Auris Health).
Mendaera will use VC funding for the development of its robotic technology, accelerate development of its AI and connectivity capabilities, and begin clinical introduction of its platform.
Recently, Mendaera acquired the telepresence technology of Avail Medsystems to expand its portfolio to include virtual connectivity.
