Loom Systems, a predictive AIOps platform provider, announced $10 million in new venture capital investment led by Flint Capital with the participation of existing investors such as JVP, Meron Capital, and 31Ventures Global Innovation Fund managed by Global Brain Corporations.

CloudFactory

CloudFactory, a managed workforce solutions provider for artificial intelligence (AI), has raised $65 million in equity funding – led by FTV Capital with participation from Weatherford Capital.

Audigent

Audigent, a data management platform (DMP) supplier for the entertainment, sports and lifestyle verticals, has completed a $6.7 million Series A round of financing. Raised In Space, a joint venture between Ithaca Holdings and Ripple’s Xpring, led the investment round with additional participation from existing and new investors including: Galaxy Digital, Broadscale Group, Warner Music Group, and SVK Crypto, along with a personal investment from Chairman of Alibaba Entertainment, Gao Xiaosong.

Superpedestrian

Superpedestrian, a transportation robotics company spun out of MIT, announced $20 million in financing. Investors include Spark Capital, General Catalyst, Hanaco Ventures and Empire Angels. The financing brings the company’s total investment to $64 million.

Samasource

Samasource, a provider of training data for AI technologies, has closed $14.8M million in a Series A funding round led by Ridge Ventures with the participation of Social Impact Ventures, Bestseller Foundation, and Bluecrest Capital.

ZecOps

ZecOps, an agentless automated Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) & APT detection platform, has closed $10.2 million seed funding round with participation from CEAS Investments, Evolution Equity Partners, KPN Ventures, Plug and Play Ventures, Stormbreaker Venture Group and highly reputable Information Security angel investors.

IntSights

IntSights, a threat intelligence company, has raised $30 million in series D led by Qumra Capital with the participation of existing investors. IntSights has raised $70 million in capital.

CyCognito

Israeli cybersecurity firm CyCognito raised $18 million in an early-stage funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Aerospike

Aerospike, a real-time NoSQL data solutions provider, has raised $32 million in Series D fund-raising round — led by Triangle Peak Partners with the participation of existing investors such as NewView Capital Partners, Alsop Louie Partners and Eastward Capital Partners.

Accelya

Accelya, a supplier of financial, commercial and analytics solutions to the airline and travel industry, is being acquired by Vista Equity Partners, a leading investment firm focused on enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses.

Acquire

Acquire, a platform to modernize and automate customer communication, has raised $5.4 million in seed funding. The latest round was led by S28 Capital with participation from Fathom Capital and NHN Ventures.

Viisights

Viisights, a developer of behavioural understanding systems for real-time video intelligence, announced $10 million in Series-A fund-raising round led by Canadian VC, Awz Ventures, with the participation of Firstime Ventures and additional existing investors.
