Leap Financial Secures $3.5 mn

AI-powered Leap Financial has raised $3.5 million in a seed round led by Fuel Venture Capital, with participation from Ascendo Venture Capital. Leap Financial, founded to address inefficiencies in cross-border money flows, specializes in embedded remittances and payments, leveraging its proprietary X-Border Payments Platform, AI-powered agent Lola, and an embedded financial services infrastructure.

The VC funding will help Leap meet growing demand driven by its partnership with Mastercard, expand business development, and acquire talent to enhance its AI capabilities, enabling financial and non-financial institutions to deploy personalized services.

Cadstrom Raises $6.8 mn

Cadstrom, an AI-driven expert system revolutionizing the design of electronic hardware, has raised $6.8 million in a seed funding round led by Bison Ventures, with investments from Innovation Endeavors and AI2 Incubator, which had previously contributed $650K in a pre-Seed round.

Cadstrom’s Sigma Engine leverages first-principles physics, electronics, and generative AI to validate complex designs automatically, reducing development costs and shortening design cycles by up to 66 percent. The platform addresses inefficiencies in the PCB design process, eliminating costly and time-consuming respins, and positions itself as a game-changer in the trillion-dollar electronics industry.

Island Announces Series D funding round

Island, the company behind the Island Enterprise Browser, announced the participation of ServiceNow Ventures in its Series D funding round, which valued the company at $3 billion. Led by Coatue Management and Sequoia Capital, with contributions from Capital One Ventures, Citi Ventures, and EDBI, the investment supports Island’s focus on AI, application development, data security, and workflow automation.

The partnership with ServiceNow will strengthen the end-user experience and optimize IT operations for better security, visibility, and productivity.

Justt Secures $30 mn

Justt, a leader in AI-based chargeback management, has secured $30 million in a Series C funding round led by Zeev Ventures, with continued support from Oak HC/FT and F2 Venture Capital, bringing its total funding to $100 million.

The VC funding will enable global expansion into high-growth regions and support the company’s goal of achieving profitability by 2027, while advancing its mission to transform payment dispute resolution for merchants.
