Kovr.ai emerged from stealth with $3.6 million in seed funding led by IronGate and Xfund, joined by Hack Factory, OODA Ventures, and McLean Capital. Kovr.ai offers an AI-native platform that automates compliance with frameworks like FedRAMP, addressing cybersecurity challenges in highly regulated sectors.
FlexPoint Raises $12 mn
FlexPoint announced $12 million in Series A funding led by Foundry Group, with participation from Haymaker Ventures, Garuda Ventures, Techstars, Far Out Ventures, and Cascade Seed Fund. Since its March 2023 launch, FlexPoint has grown 4x YoY and serves over 40,000 businesses, strengthening its position in B2B payments for managed service providers.
Cart.com Raises $50 mn
Cart.com raised an additional $50 million, achieving a $1.6 billion post-money valuation. Investors include BlackRock, Neuberger Berman, eGateway Capital, and other VCs and family offices. With $475 million raised to date, Cart.com will use the capital to expand globally and enhance its unified commerce platform amid shifting global trade dynamics.
ClearVector Raises $13 mn

Blank Beauty Closes $6 mn
Blank Beauty announced the close of an oversubscribed $6 million Series A round led by Evolution VC Partners, Kirker Enterprises, and EPSON. Founded in 2016, Blank Beauty combines AI color science with micro-dosing robotics to deliver personalized, zero-waste cosmetics.
