Knock
Knock closed $400 million in Series B equity and debt financing led by Foundry Group with participation from existing investors RRE Ventures, Corazon Capital, WTI, and FJ Labs, and new investor Company Ventures.
Rubrik
Rubrik announced a $261 million Series E investment at a $3.3 billion valuation with new investor Bain Capital Ventures, and with participation from existing investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, and IVP. This brings total equity raised to more than $553 million.
Vizetto
Vizetto, which is developing Reactiv STAGE presentation software and the completion of Reactiv SCRIBBLE whiteboarding software, has completed its angel round of investment.
Chronicled
Chronicled, a provider of blockchain-powered supply chain ecosystems, has raised $16 million in Series A funding — led by Mandra Capital, with participation from Streamlined Ventures, The Perkins Fund, Frank Fiore, and David Aho.
Momentum Dynamics
Volvo Group Venture Capital, a subsidiary of the Volvo Group, announced an investment in Momentum Dynamics, a developer of high power charging for electric, autonomous and connected vehicles.
ePallet
ePallet, an artificial intelligence (AI) powered platform, has raised $3 million in funding.
Orchestra Software
Orchestra Software, a ERP software provider to the craft beverage industry, received a $14 million growth equity investment from Radian Capital.
Scout RFP
Scout RFP has raised $33 million in Series C funding — led by Scale Venture Partners, with participation from previous investors Menlo Ventures and NewView Capital and new investors such as Workday Ventures and Salesforce Ventures. Scout RFP has raised a total of $60.3 million in funding.

CheckpointID has closed a $1.5 million Series A funding round led by RET Ventures.

Xpansiv announced the closing of its $10 million Series A funding round led by strategic investors such as BP Ventures, Avista Development, S&P Global, and Energy Innovation Capital (EIC).

Foretellix, an Israeli based start-up automating the verification and measurable safety of autonomous vehicles, has closed $14 million of series-A funding led by 83North, Jump Capital, and Nextgear Ventures. The company has now raised over $16 million since it was founded.
