ITC Federal receives investment

ITC Federal (ITC), a provider of IT solutions to U.S. federal agencies, has received a venture capital investment from Blue Delta Capital Partners.

Blue Delta is a growth-stage venture capital firm focused exclusively on the U.S. Federal Government Services market.

Fourcore raises $500 mn

Fourcore Capital, a leader in AI-powered, global asset and wealth management, will receive $500 million funding from GEM Global Yield. Fourcore will use the funds to accelerate the company’s growth through strategic acquisitions and the expansion of advisor support capabilities.

Mesa Quantum raises $3.75 mn

Mesa Quantum, a quantum sensing company, has raised $3.7 million in a seed funding  led by J2 Ventures, with participation from SOSV.

Mesa Quantum will use the VC funding to build a new research and development facility and hire technical talent.

Angel Kids AI raises $1.1 mn

Angel Kids AI, an AI-powered browser designed to provide children with a safe internet experience, has raised an additional $1.1 million of funding in a seed round.

Angel Kids AI has received funding from three investors – Magnify Ventures, CityLight, and Atland Ventures.

Angel Kids AI has raised $5.85 million to date.

Angel Kids AI will use the VC funding to accelerate Angel Kids AI’s investments in hiring, product development, and marketing initiatives.

Anytime AI raises $4 mn

Anytime AI, a developer of premier AI legal assistant for plaintiff lawyers, has raised $4 million in a VC funding round.

The seed round was led by Gopher Asset Management U.S. and Kao Family Office, with additional support from various law firms and angel investors.

Gate Ventures Invests in double jump.tokyo

Gate Ventures has made its investment in double jump.tokyo Inc., a Web3 gaming company in Japan, as part of a $10 million funding round led by SBI Investment.

double jump.tokyo has also received funding support from industry players, including Sony Group, Taisu Ventures, and Kitadenshi, among others.
