Trivago, a global hotel search platform, announced their investment in Holisto, an AI-driven travel tech platform that serves as a hotel rate aggregator and white-label booking engine provider.
Trivago aims to expand Trivago Book & Go to all its advertising partners enhancing conversion rates and user consistency in the booking experience. The initiative is also aimed at capturing price-savvy travelers and simplifying its core metasearch experience.
Cerabyte secures investment from Pure Storage
Cerabyte, a ceramic-based data storage solutions provider, announced a strategic investment from Pure Storage.
Rhombus raises $45 mn
Rhombus, a leader in cloud-managed physical security, has raised $45 million in Series C funding led by NightDragon, a dedicated cybersecurity investment firm, with participation from Bluestone Equity Partners, and existing investors Caden Capital, Cota Capital, Tru Arrow Partners, and Uncorrelated Ventures.
Rhombus has raised over $90 million to date.
Rhombus will use the new funding to expand its go-to-market strategy, including investment in its partner and developer ecosystem and expansion of its international presence.
Osapiens raises $120 mn
Osapiens, a leading ESG Platform and provider of compliance and sustainability reporting solutions, has raised $120 million in a Series B financing round led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives.
Osapiens will use the VC funding to accelerate international expansion and invest in the technology platform.
Axle Automation raises $2.5 mn
Axle Automation, a provider of AI-powered solutions for compliance teams, has raised $2.5 million in its seed funding round.
Axle Automation will use the VC funding to scale the team and optimize and supercharge compliance teams at fintechs, banks, and other financial institutions.
The funding round was led by Diagram Ventures, with participation from Mistral Ventures, Uphonest Capital, StreamingFast and other strategic angels.
ZeroTier secures $13.5 mn
ZeroTier, a virtual networking company simplifying secure connectivity for devices, has secured $13.5 million in Series A funding.
The VC funding round was led by Battery Ventures, a global, technology-focused investment firm, with participation from Bonfire Ventures, Anorak Ventures, Grand Enterprises B.V., Airbridge Equity Partners, First in Ventures, and 7percent Ventures.
ZeroTier will use the financing for innovation and product development, as well as the geographic expansion of operations.
