Henry AI Raises $4.3 mn

Henry AI has raised $4.3 million in seed funding to automate commercial real estate transactions in the $20 trillion industry. The round was co-led by Susa Ventures and 1Sharpe Ventures, with investments from RXR, Arden Venture Arms, Singularity Capital, Unwritten Ventures, Coalition Operators, Pioneer Fund, Orange Collective, and Storyhouse Ventures.

Individual investors included Bill.com’s Rami Essaid, Truebill.com’s Yahya Mokhtarzada, ROOM’s Brian Chen, and Slack’s Joe Teplow. Backed by Y Combinator, Henry AI automates real estate tasks, enabling professionals to focus on strategy and relationships.

CredCore Raises $16 mn

CredCore announced $16 million Series A to transform enterprise debt investment with AI. Led by Avataar Ventures, with participation from Inspired Capital, Fitch Group, BellTower Partners, and senior executives, the investment modernizes debt capital markets.

CredCore’s domain-specific AI enhances deal throughput and scalability, supporting over $650 billion in AUM. Its Agentic platform streamlines the debt deal lifecycle, reducing analysis time from days to hours for efficient capital deployment.

Together AI Raises $305 mn

Together AI raised $305 million Series B, led by General Catalyst and co-led by Prosperity7, to scale its AI Acceleration Cloud for open-source and enterprise AI. Investors included Salesforce Ventures, DAMAC Capital, NVIDIA, Kleiner Perkins, March Capital, Emergence Capital, Lux Capital, SE Ventures, Greycroft, Coatue, Definition, Cadenza Ventures, Long Journey Ventures, Brave Capital, Scott Banister, and John Chambers.

Together AI will expand its cloud with NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs, enhancing AI inference and fine-tuning for over 450,000 developers and enterprises like Salesforce, Zoom, SK Telecom, Hedra, Cognition, Zomato, Krea, Cartesia, and The Washington Post.

Arize AI Secures $70 mn

Arize AI has secured $70M Series C to enhance AI observability and improve LLMs and AI agents in real-world applications. Led by Adams Street Partners, M12, Sinewave Ventures, OMERS Ventures, Datadog, PagerDuty, Industry Ventures, and Archerman Capital, with continued support from Foundation Capital, Battery Ventures, TCV, and Swift Ventures.

Arize AI ensures better testing, evaluation, and reliability for AI systems in development and production.
