Burning Glass Technologies
KKR, an investment firm, has picked up majority stake in Burning Glass Technologies, a real-time labor market data source, from Providence Strategic Growth. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Redefine Meat has announced a $6 million seed round led by CPT Capital, joined by Israel-based Hanaco Ventures, Germany’s largest poultry company The PHW Group, and leading Israeli angel investors.
vHive, a software solution that enables enterprises to digitize their field assets and operations using autonomous drone hives, has raised $5.5 million led by Octopus Ventures, with participation from existing investors StageOne Ventures and private investors.
Explorium, a data science platform, has raised $19 million. The funding comprises a seed round of $3.6 million led by Emerge with participation of F2 Capital, and $15.5 million in Series A led by Zeev Ventures with participation of the seed investors.
Dutchie, an e-commerce platform for cannabis pickup and delivery, has raised $15 million in Series A round led by Gron Ventures and other investors including Snoop Dogg’s Casa Verde Capital, Kevin Durant’s and Rich Kleiman’s Thirty Five Ventures, Sinai Ventures, Shutterstock founder and CEO Jon Oringer and DoorDash founders and early executives.
BP Logix, a provider of low-code BPM solutions for digital application development, has been acquired by Finrock Growth Partners (Finrock), a private equity firm.
Echodyne, a manufacturer of radars, has closed an additional $20 million financing round. Existing investors participating in the round included Bill Gates, Madrona Ventures, NEA, Vulcan Capital, and Lux Capital.
CasperLabs, the open-source blockchain platform, has raised $14.5 million in Series A funding led by Acuitas Group Holdings. Other investors include Arrington XRP Capital, Consensus Capital, Axiom Holdings Group, Digital Strategies, MW Partners, Blockchange Ventures, Hashkey Capital, and Distributed Global.
Healthy.io company closed a $60 million Series C funding round led by Corner Ventures with participation by Joy Capital and all previous investors: Ansonia Holdings, Aleph, and Samsung NEXT.
Akeneo, a Product Experience Management (PXM) solutions provider for corporate brands and retailers, has raised $46 million in funding led by global growth equity investor Summit Partners. Existing investors Alven, Partech, and Salesforce Ventures, as well as Akeneo’s board member Stephan Dietrich, also participated in the round.
