Hazelcast

Hazelcast, an in-memory computing platform that delivers the System of Now, has raised $21.5 million in a funding round led by new investor C5 Capital with the participation of existing investors Bain Capital Ventures, Earlybird Venture Capital and Capital One Growth Ventures.

PredictiveHR

PredictiveHR, an analytics and machine learning company to predict talent trends and their financial impacts, has raised $1 million in financing from angel investors.

NewtonX

NewtonX, a real-time expert search engine, has closed a $12 million Series A funding round led by Two Sigma Ventures, with participation from Third Prime Capital and Xfund.

HiDoc Technologies

HiDoc Technologies, a digital health company, has raised $7 million in Series A funding — led by JJDC and Barcelona-based VC firm Asabys Partners with participation from existing investor Atlantic Labs.

Aunt Bertha

Austin-based Aunt Bertha, a Public Benefit Corporation, has raised $16 million in Series C funding — led by Noro-Moseley Partners with participation from Digitalis Ventures, Techstars Ventures, Techstars Impact, Capital Factory as well as other early investors in the company.

AnyVision

AnyVision, a computer vision company specializing in face, body, and object-recognition software, has raised $74 million in a Series A financing round from M12, Microsoft’s venture fund, DFJ Growth, OG Technology Partners, LightSpeed Venture Partners, Robert Bosch GmbH, Qualcomm Ventures, and Eldridge Industries.

Tally

Tally, a financial automation company, has received $50 million in Series C funding led by Andreessen Horowitz with the participation of previous investors such as Kleiner Perkins, Shasta Ventures, Cowboy Ventures and Sway Ventures. Tally has raised $92 million in funding till now.

MediaJel

MediaJel, a data-driven advertising technology company, has closed a $2.5 million Seed Round of financing led by Merida Capital Partners. MediaJel’s total funding touched $3 million till date.

Arrive Logistics

Arrive Logistics, a technology-powered freight brokerage, has raised $25 million Series B equity financing, led by Lead Edge Capital, the company’s existing investors.

Cendyn

Cendyn, a provider of hotel CRM and hotel sales platforms for the hospitality industry, has received a strategic follow on investment from Accel-KKR.

Intelligent Growth Solutions

Intelligent Growth Solutions, the Scottish-based vertical farm technology business, has raised a £5.4 million Series A funding round led by US-based S2G Ventures, a leading agri-food-tech investor.
