VC funding: HavocAI, Edera, Censia, Datamaran, Cercle, Fathom, among others, have raised funding from venture capital firms.

HavocAI raises $11 mn
HavocAI, an innovator in autonomous uncrewed surface vessel technology, has raised $11 million in a Seed round of funding.
The VC funding round was led by Scout Ventures, and co-led by Trousdale Ventures. There was participation from Outlander VC, The Veteran Fund, BV.VC, Decisive Point, Alumni Ventures, and New North Ventures.
HavocAI will use the finance to expand its production capacity, enhance product development, and accelerate customer acquisition.
Edera raises $5 mn
Edera, a Kubernetes and AI solution provider, has raised $5 million in a seed round led by 645 Ventures and Eniac Ventures.
There was also participation from FPV Ventures, Generationship, Precursor Ventures and Rosecliff Ventures. Angel investors include Joe Beda, Filippo Valsorda, Mandy Andress, Jeff Behl and Kleiner Perkins scout Nikitha Suryadevara, among others.
Censia receives investment
Censia, a provider of AI-driven talent intelligence solutions, has received investment from Workday Ventures.
The investment will support Censia’s product scale, model training and fine-tuning, collaboration with joint customers, and integration with Workday solutions.
Datamaran raises $33 mn
Datamaran has raised $33 million in its Series-C financing from investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital.
Datamaran will use the VC funding to expand in the U.S and Europe and advance initiatives in generative AI.
Cercle raises $6 mn
Cercle, an AI company for women’s healthcare data, has raised $6 million in a seed funding — led by Outsiders Fund.
There was participation from FemHealth Ventures, CGHealth Ventures, and Rogue Women’s Fund. They join existing investors Sheryl Sandberg and Tom Bernthal’s SBVP fund, and a small number of individual angel investors.
Cercle will use this VC funding to enhance its application beyond the fertility market, expand its global footprint, and fuel its engineering and product development efforts, including advancement of the company’s LLM offerings.
Fathom raises $17 mn
Fathom, the AI-powered meeting intelligence platform, has raised $17 million in Series A funding led by Telescope Partners.
Fathom’s seed investors include Maven Ventures, Character, Active Capital and Rackhouse Ventures. The company also reserved 10 percent of the round for its users, who invested over $2 million via the crowdfunding platform Wefunder in two weeks.
Fathom plans to develop its Team Edition product, which allows managers to get visibility into customer conversations and coach their teams.
