AutoRABIT
AutoRABIT, a provider of cloud DevOps solutions for the Salesforce ecosystem, announced $12.5 million in Series A investment from New York growth firm Full In Partners.
Hailo
Hailo, an AI chipmaker, has raised $60 million in Series B funding — led by existing investors, was joined by key investors including ABB Technology Ventures; NEC Corporation; and London-based VC firm Latitude Ventures.
TransACT
TransACT Communications, a SaaS provider of engagement, compliance and payment solutions for the education market, has received a strategic growth investment from the Polaris Growth Fund.
Netlify
Netlify has raised $53 million in Series C funding led by the EQT Ventures Fund with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz and Kleiner Perkins, as well as Preston-Werner Ventures. Netlify has raised $97 million to date, and past investors include the founders of Figma, GitHub, Heroku, Slack and Yelp.
Rollbar
Rollbar, a provider of real-time error monitoring Software as a Service, announced $11 million in Series B funding — led by Runa Capital. Long Light Capital and Blossom Street Ventures also participated in this round, along with existing investors Cota Capital, Bain Capital, and Patagonia Capital.
Salesken
Salesken has raised $8 million in Series A funding round was led by Sequoia India and also featured a secondary with investors such as Unitus Ventures and Michael and Susan Dell Foundation making a partial exit.
Spinny
Spinny, an online used-car retailing platform, has raised $43.7 million in a Series B funding round led by Fundamentum Partnership, a growth-capital fund backed by Nandan Nilekani and Sanjeev Aggarwal for domestic mid-stage technology companies.
The round also counts new investors — US-based General Catalyst Partners and Korea-based KB Financial Group — and existing investors Accel, SAIF Partners and Alteria Capital, as co-investors.
Strata
Strata, tech-enabled commercial real estate investment platform, has raised $1.5 Million in a seed round led by SAIF Partners and Mayfield India. Real estate data analytics platform, PropStack and three other prominent angel investors with commercial real estate backgrounds have also participated in the round.
Talespin
Talespin, a spatial computing company focused on workforce knowledge transfer and skill alignment, has raised $15 million in Series B funding — led by Cornerstone OnDemand. HTC also joined the round as a new investor, with participation from existing investors, including Farmers Insurance Exchange.
Tripleseat
Tripleseat, a web-based sales and event management technology solutions for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues, announced an acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. Through the acquisition, Gather, already owned by Vista, will be merged with Tripleseat.
Bolt Mobility
Bolt Mobility, a transportation solutions provider, has closed a Series A funding round bringing total investment to $30 million at a $100 million valuation. The funding round was led by Rokk3r Fuel ExO, a Miami-based global venture capital firm geared toward early-stage companies propelled by exponential technologies.
Evonetix
Evonetix, synthetic biology company developing a desktop platform for high-fidelity and rapid gene synthesis, has raised $30 million in its Series B funding led by new investor Foresite Capital. Existing investors, Draper Esprit, DCVC (Data Collective), the Morningside group, Providence Investment Company, Cambridge Consultants, Rising Tide Fund, and Civilization Ventures, also all participated in the round.
Metanoia Communications
Metanoia Communications, a manufacturer of xDSL and Gfast PHY chipsets for the wireline broadband market, has completed its fundraising from a consortium of domestic investors led by Taiwania Capital Investment and National Development Fund. Elan Microelectronics, the original primary investor in Metanoia, is also participating in this new round of investment.
Trell
Lifestyle-community-commerce platform Trell has raised $4 million in a pre-Series A round led by Sequoia Capital India’s Surge, Fozun RZ Capital and KTB Network. Existing investors Beenext, WEH Ventures and Sprout Ventures also participated in the round.
