Cognichip emerged from stealth with $33 million in seed funding to advance Artificial Chip Intelligence, a proprietary AI for semiconductor design. The round was led by Lux Capital and Mayfield, with FPV and Candou Ventures also participating.
Akido Raises $60 mn
Akido Labs raised $60 million in a Series B funding round led by Oak HC/FT, with contributions from Greco, SNR, Y Combinator, Future Communities Capital, Jeff Dean, and the Comprehensive Blood & Cancer Center. The funding will scale ScopeAI, Akido’s proprietary AI that enhances clinical capacity and healthcare access.
TurbineOne Raises $36 mn
TurbineOne secured $36 million in Series B funding led by The General Partnership, with support from Bessemer Venture Partners, XYZ Ventures, Stepstone Group, PROOF VC, and Artisanal Ventures, bringing its valuation to $300 million. The defense-focused AI company will use the funds for global deployments and to strengthen its real-time threat detection platform at the tactical edge.
Samaya AI Raises $43.5 mn
Samaya AI raised $43.5 million in a round led by NEA, with backing from Eric Schmidt, Yann LeCun, David Siegel, and Marty Chavez. The funding supports product development and the launch of Causal World Models, an AI agent capable of modeling the economy and delivering grounded reasoning with interactive visualizations. Samaya’s platform is built for financial services to generate quantitative predictions and actionable insights.
