GC AI Raises $60 mn

GC AI, confounded and led by CEO Cecilia Ziniti, secured $60 million in a Series B funding round led by Scale Venture Partners and Northzone with participation from Sound Ventures, Aglaé Ventures, SilverCircle Partners, The Council and strategic investor Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel). The round values the company at $555 million and brings total funding to $73 million. GC AI offers an AI platform for in‑house legal teams to streamline tasks such as document drafting, research and contract analysis. Strategy focuses on shifting companies away from expensive outside counsel, serving over 1,000 enterprises including News Corp, Nextdoor, Skims and Zscaler. The investment will accelerate customer growth, product development and broader market reach.

Humanix Raises $18 mn

Humanix, founded and led by CEO Keith Stewart, raised $18 million in combined Seed and Series A funding—led by Acrew Capital with earlier participation from BoldStart Ventures. The company’s AI‑powered platform detects and responds to social engineering attacks in real time across human‑facing channels such as help‑desks and service desks. Innovation lies in behavioural analysis and real‑time intervention to convert each employee into a secure link rather than a vulnerability. Customer focus spans finance, hospitality and other sectors most exposed to human‑layer threats. The strategy is to protect people rather than punish them, reduce fraud, safeguard customer trust, and lower enterprise liability.

Frugal Raises US $45 mn

Frugal secured US $45 million in a seed funding round aimed at tackling cost‑engineering challenges in cloud and AI applications. The startup’s technology focus is on optimizing cloud infrastructure and AI workloads for cost efficiency without sacrificing performance. Strategy and innovation center on building tools that automatically monitor, analyze and reduce spend across AI and cloud stacks—targeting enterprises looking to scale AI but manage budgets tightly. Customer benefits include lower cloud bills, better resource allocation and faster time‑to‑value. Investors’ names were not detailed in the release.

Attentive.ai Raises $30.5 mn

Attentive.ai, cofounded and led by CEO Shiva Dhawan, secured $30.5 million in a Series B round led by Insight Partners, with participation from Vertex Ventures, Tenacity Ventures and InfoEdge Venture Fund. The company’s AI‑based takeoff platform (Beam AI) serves the $3 trillion+ construction and services market by automating manual takeoffs and pre‑construction workflows. With over 1,100 customers, the strategy is to deepen AI model capabilities and expand into estimating and bidding workflows. The funding will drive next‑gen product innovation and market expansion.

d‑Matrix Raises $275 mn

d‑Matrix, co‑founded by CEO Sid Sheth and CTO Sudeep Bhoja, raised $275 million in a Series C funding round, valuing the company at $2 billion and bringing total funding to around $450 million. The proceeds will accelerate development of its advanced generative‑AI inference compute platform, including Corsair accelerators and in‑memory compute architecture, targeting hyperscale, enterprise and sovereign customers. The strategy addresses the growing demand for low latency, high‑throughput inference at scale. Innovation delivers improved performance and efficiency, offering enterprises faster, more cost‑effective AI inference.
