Fetch, Terminal, Zylo, Balto, StrongSalt, emids, Honeycomb.IO, Neuromod Devices, Ampere Computing, among others, announced their latest VC funding from venture capital firms.

Ampere Computing

Oracle invested $40 million in a start-up founded and run by Renee James, an Oracle board member, earlier this year. The company, Ampere Computing, develops microprocessors for cloud servers. Renee James, who previously spent 28 years at Intel, most recently as president, left in 2016 to join Carlyle Group.

Fetch

Fetch, the first off-site package solution for apartment communities, has raised $10.5 million in Series A round of funding – led by Signal Peak Ventures with participation from previous investors including Silverton Partners and Capital Factory. Fetch raised more than $14 million to date.

Terminal

Terminal, a company manages remote teams to solve the tech talent shortage, has raised $17 million in a Series B funding round — led by 8VC, with participation from Atomic, Cathay Innovation, Cherubic Ventures, Craft Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners and others. Clay Kellogg is the CEO of Terminal.

Zylo

Zylo, a SaaS Management company, has completed a $22.5 million Series B funding round — led by Menlo Ventures, with repeat investments from Bessemer Venture Partners, High Alpha, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, and cloud leaders Salesforce Ventures and the Slack Fund. Zylo has raised more than $35 million to date. Zylo co-founder and CEO is Eric Christopher.

Honeycomb.IO

HONEYCOMB.IO, a provider of observability solutions for modern developer teams to debug production systems, has closed $11.4 million in funding led by Scale Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors including Storm Ventures, eVentures, NextWorld Capital, and Merian Ventures. Honeycomb raised $26.9 million to date. Christine Yen is the CEO of Honeycomb. Charity Majors and Christine Yen are the founders of Honeycomb in 2016.

Balto

Balto, Real-time AI Call-Guidance Software provider, has raised additional $3 million in seed funding co-led by OCA Ventures and Stage Venture Partners, with participation from Jump Capital, Cultivation Capital, SaaS Ventures, TIA Ventures, and Sandalphon Capital. Marc Bernstein, Chris Kontes, and Davidson Girard founded Balto in January 2017.

StrongSalt

StrongSalt has completed its seed round of financing, raising $3 million from Valley Capital Partners. Ed Yu is the founder and CEO of StrongSalt.

emids

emids, a digital engineering and transformation solutions provider for the healthcare industry, has received investment from New Mountain Capital, a growth-oriented investment firm. Current investors Baird Capital and Council Capital are exiting.

Neuromod Devices

Neuromod Devices, a medical technology company, has closed an €8 million capital raise, comprised of equity investment and venture-debt. Ross O’Neill is the CEO of Neuromod.
