fal, an AI-driven media infrastructure platform, raised $49 million in Series B funding led by Notable Capital and Andreessen Horowitz, with Bessemer Venture Partners, Kindred Ventures, and First Round Capital.

This brings total funding to $72 million and fal scales generative AI for media globally.

SpotDraft Secures $54 mn

SpotDraft, an AI-driven CLM platform for in-house legal teams, secured $54 million in Series B funding led by Vertex Growth Singapore and Trident Partners, with Xeed VC, Arkam Ventures, Prosus Ventures, and Premji Invest.

SpotDraft streamlines contract management with AI-assisted redlining, e-signatures, intelligent repositories, and third-party document handling.

Keragon Raises $7.5 mn

Keragon, an AI-powered healthcare automation platform, raised $7.5 million in a seed round led by Upfront Ventures, bringing total funding to $10.5 million. Afore Capital, Focal, and 25m Health also participated.

Keragon integrates 300+ software tools, including EHRs and AI medical scribes, to automate workflows.

Jscrambler Secures $5.2 mn

Jscrambler, a client-side protection leader, secured $5.2 million from Iberis Capital, following a $15 million Series A from Ace Capital Partners, Sonae IM, and Portugal Ventures. Jscrambler enhances cybersecurity, helping companies achieve PCI DSS v4 compliance by March 31, 2025, and preventing digital skimming.

Lingopal.ai Raises $14 mn

Lingopal.ai, a real-time speech-to-speech translation platform, raised $14 million in Series A funding led by DCM Ventures, with Scrum Ventures, Marquee Ventures, and angel investors. Lingopal.ai offers no-code live audio translation into 120+ languages, expanding global communication solutions.

ConverzAI Secures $16 mn

ConverzAI secured $16 million Series A funding led by Menlo Ventures, with Left Lane Capital, Foundation Capital, and Afore Capital.

Its AI-driven virtual recruiters automate recruitment from sourcing to placement, processing over 100,000 jobs and engaging millions. Funds will drive workforce expansion, innovation, and global reach.
