Edera Raises $15 mn

Edera has secured $15 million Series A funding led by M12, with Mantis VC, In-Q-Tel, and existing investors Eniac Ventures, 645 Ventures, FPV Ventures, Precursor Ventures, and Rosecliff Ventures also participated in the round.

Following its $5 million seed round, total funding reached $20 million. Its cloud-native isolation solution, Edera Protect, secures workloads and expands into AI infrastructure security.

Perfect Raises $23 mn

Perfect has raised $23 million in seed funding, led by Hanaco Ventures, joined by Joule Ventures and Samsung’s former President Young Sohn. Its AI automates hiring, saving recruiters 25 hours weekly and improving candidate placement rates by streamlining sourcing and scheduling.

Lockchain.ai Closes $5 mn

Lockchain.ai has closed a nearly $5 million Series A led by White Star Capital, with Lerer Hippeau, Arrington Capital, and Sonic Boom Ventures. Funds will enhance their AI-driven blockchain risk management, optimizing efficiency for firms like Broadridge and GSR, managing portfolios worth over $2 billion.

Opal Closes $1.5 mn

Opal has secured $1.5 million pre-seed funding led by Founders Co-op, backed by Exit North Ventures, to develop Opal Spend, integrating ad-spend, accounting, invoicing, and contracts. It mitigates financial risk by drawing funds from client accounts and updates virtual card details across major platforms.

Patlytics Secures $14 mn

Patlytics secured $14 million in Series A funding led by Next47, with Gradient, 8VC, Alumni Ventures, Liquid 2 Ventures, and Myriad Venture Partners participating.

Total funding now stands at $21 million in nine months, driving its AI-powered patent intelligence solutions.

Imua Raises $5 mn

Imua, formerly Exocore, closed a $5 million seed round led by Draper Dragon, No Limit Holdings, and Paramita Capital, with additional backing from Reforge Capital, Caladan Capital, Tané Labs, Syntax Capital, MH Ventures, 57 Blocks, and Lecca Ventures.

Incubated by Shima Capital, it develops an L1 blockchain extending decentralized trust to AI and off-chain environments.

NinjaOne raised $500 mn

NinjaOne has raised $500 million in Series C extensions at a $5 billion valuation, led by ICONIQ Growth, CapitalG and Alphabet’s independent investment fund, with private investors.

The funds enhance autonomous endpoint management, vulnerability remediation, and IT optimization while supporting its acquisition of Dropsuite.

Cambium Secures $18.5 mn

Cambium has raised $18.5 million in Series A funding led by VoLo Earth Ventures, with NEA, Dangerous Ventures, Tunitas Ventures, Woven Earth, Understorey, Groundswell, and Ulu Ventures participating. Existing investors MaC Venture Capital, Rise of the Rest, 81 Collection, Alumni Ventures, and Soma Capital also contributed.

Funds drive AI deployment in the $788 billion wood industry, expanding Cambium’s supply network and mass timber production for sustainable construction.
