Tech startups such as E-PAL, WOMBO, Sedric AI, Agree.com, among others, have raised VC funding venture capital firms to boost their growth.

E-PAL raises $30 million

E-PAL, a gaming and social companion platform, has raised $30 million in two VC funding rounds led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Galaxy Interactive.

E-PAL, which introduced Balance, its AI-powered blockchain experience platform, has also received funding from other investors.

Other investors in E-PAL include Animoca Brands, K5, CLF Partners, MBK Capital, New Heights Fund, AMBER, MarbleX, Sky Mantra, Tuna, Aptos Labs, IOBC, Leland, Halcyon Capital, Uphonest, Taisu Ventures, Gate Labs, DWF Ventures, BING, WAGMI, YouTube co-founder Steve Chen, Riot Games CEO Marc Merrill, and League of Legends Director Thomas Vu.

E-PAL will use the funding for the development of the Balance infrastructure to build Web3 ecosystem. Balance has a user base of 4.2 million. Balance.fun has partnered with over 80 Web3 game companies.

WOMBO secures $9 mn

WOMBO, a provider of consumer AI applications, has raised $9 million — led by Round13 Digital Asset Fund, with participation from NVIDIA, CoreWeave, SBI, Web3.com, and others.

WOMBO will use the VC funding to expand its team, accelerate product development, R&D, and explore new business in AI-powered content creation.

Sedric AI raises $18.5 mn

Sedric AI, a compliance-dedicated AI platform for financial institutions, has raised $18.5 million in a Series A funding round.

The latest VC funding round was led by Foundation Capital with participation from Amex Ventures.

Sedric AI has raised $22 million to date. Sedric AI will use the funds to grow Sedric’s AI lab in Tel Aviv and expand its global go-to-market teams.

Agree.com raises $3 mn

Agree, an agreements platform, has raised $3 million in a pre-seed round.

The VC funding round was led by Better Tomorrow Ventures with participation from 8-Bit Capital, Everywhere Ventures, Expedite Ventures, Firsthand Alliance, Hustle Fund, NEA, Singh Capital Partners, and Trust Fund.

Agree has developed an infrastructure powered by AI that automatically extracts critical information from a contract, such as names, titles, addresses, and payment terms, and can generate and issue an invoice. The platform also allows users to collaborate with multiple parties in real-time when editing a contract.
