DriveNets
DriveNets, a networking software company, announced strategic investors have joined their $117 million Series A round: Steve Luczo, chairman of Seagate, Mark McLaughlin, former CEO of Palo Alto Networks, and John Thompson, chairman of Microsoft. Other strategic investors include C4 Ventures, Doug Gilstrap, former head of strategy for Ericsson, and Benny Schnaider, an Israeli entrepreneur.
TAG Sensors
Singapore private equity firm Elite Partners Capital announced its investment of EUR1.95 million in TAG Sensors, a Norway-based provider of advanced solutions to track and log the temperature of perishable and sensitive products, both in storage and during transportation.
Brandable
Brandable, a technology-enabled consumer packaged goods platform, announced the closing of its Series B funding led by Cota Capital with the participation of previous investors Lightspeed Venture Partners and Advance Venture Partners, along with new investors Pentland Ventures and Fields Texas.
