Workhorse Group, an electric-mobility solutions provider to the transportation sector, has closed a financing in the amount of $35 million with Marathon Asset Management.

River SaaS Capital, a private venture debt fund targeting Software as a Service (SaaS) companies, has provided non-dilutive capital to ZynBit, a SaaS provider for Sales Professionals.

Iris Capital, an European venture capital firm, has led a strategic investment of $10 million in Celeno, a Wi-Fi solutions provider.
