DefectDojo raises $7 mn
DefectDojo, a provider of application security, has raised $7 million in a VC funding round.
The VC funding round was led by Iolar Ventures and Aspenwood Ventures. DefectDojo will use the investment for innovation, product development and market expansion.
DefectDojo offers security and DevSecOps teams a command center, automating critical tasks such as vulnerability triage, enrichment, noise reduction, SLA management, and risk acceptance. DefectDojo tracks vulnerabilities across all stages using advanced machine-learning algorithms.
Whatfix raises $125 mn
Whatfix, a digital adoption platform (DAP), today has raised $125 Million in a Series E funding round.
The VC funding was led by Warburg Pincus with participation from existing investor SoftBank Vision Fund 2.
Whatfix will use investment to enhance its products through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Whatfix also aims to expand its market presence in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions to strengthen its footprint in the global public sector.
HyperLight raises $37 mn
HyperLight, a provider of thin film lithium niobate (TFLN) photonic integrated circuits (PICs), has raised $37 million in a Series B investment led by Summit Partners.
The VC funding round includes participation from existing investors Xora Innovation, a deep tech venture fund backed by Temasek, and Foothill Ventures.
Harmonic raises $75 mn
Harmonic, the artificial intelligence platform, has raised $75 million in a Series A funding round led by Sequoia Capital. There was participation by Index Ventures and additional backing from Jasper Lau’s Era Funds, GreatPoint Ventures, DST Global partners, Nikesh Arora, and Jared Leto.
Torq raises $70 mn
Torq, the AI-first security hyperautomation leader, has raised $70 million in a Series C funding round, led by Evolution Equity Partners.
There was participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Notable Capital, Greenfield Partners, and Strait Capital participating.
Torq has raised a total of $112 million in 2024, bringing the company’s funding since its 2020 inception to $192 million.
Torq will use the VC funding to increase expansion across EMEA and APAC, hire additional engineering, R&D, and sales talent, and develop generative AI solutions.
