DecisionNext

DecisionNext, a SaaS company in commodity market forecasting and prescriptive analytics, has announced a $7 million Series A funding round — led by Dalus Capital.

Liveoak Technologies

Liveoak Technologies, a cloud company transforming virtual business, has raised $8 million led by S3 Ventures, with participation from Seven Peaks Ventures, Wild Basin Investments, State Farm Ventures, Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures, and Broadhaven Capital Partners.

Cien

Cien, a provider of AI-powered sales productivity solutions, has raised seed funding of $3.5 million. Cien said $1.2 million came from Elaia, with follow on from the founders and private investors. Cien’s software calculates over 100 million predictions per day.

Highspot

Highspot, a sales enablement platform, has raised $60 million in Series D funding. ICONIQ Capital led the round, with participation from new investor Sapphire Ventures and all existing investors including Madrona Venture Group, OpenView, Salesforce Ventures and Shasta Ventures.

Matillion

Matillion, a provider of data transformation software for cloud data warehouses (CDWs), has raised $35 million led by Battery Ventures with the participation of Existing investors, Sapphire Ventures and Scale Venture Partners. Matillion’s total funding reached $60 million to date.

AnyRoad

AnyRoad, a provider of Experience Relationship Management (ERM) solutions, has raised $9.2 million in Series A funding — led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) with participation from a16z’s Cultural Leadership Fund and previous investors Rally Ventures and Precursor Ventures.

GuardKnox

GuardKnox, an automotive cyber security company, has completed its $21 Million Series A round of funding — led by Fraser McCombs Capital with participation from investors including Faurecia, SAIC Capital (Shanghai Automotive), Glory Ventures, NextLeap Ventures, VectoIQ,Plug and Play, Allied, Cyphertech, and Kardan. GuardKnox has raised $24 million to date.

Fluree

Fluree, a provider of data-first technology stack, has raised a $4.73 million seed funding round led by 4490 Ventures, with additional participation from Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund.

Kukui

Kukui Corporation, a provider of digital marketing solution for the automotive aftermarket industry, has raised $27 million in Series A funding from Memphis-based SSM Partners.
