DealShare, a social commerce start-up, has raised $11 million across Series A and seed rounds of funding led by Matrix Partners India and Falcon Edge Capital with participation from partners of DST Global, Omidyar Network India and few angel investors.
USA Technologies
USA Technologies, a cashless payments and software services company for retail market, has received $20 million in equity financing from, and entered into a $30 million senior secured debt financing commitment with Antara Capital Master Fund.
Satelles
Satelles, a supplier of satellite-based time and location services, has raised $26 million in Series C funding led by C5 Capital with participation from Iridium Communications and existing investors. Satelles raised $39 million to date.
