Cyberbit Secures Investment

Cyberbit, a provider of cybersecurity skill development platforms, has raised funding from existing investors, including Charlesbank Capital Partners.

HUB Security raises $3.3 mn

HUB Cyber Security, a developer of computing cybersecurity solutions and advanced data fabric, has raised $3.3 million in a private placement from non-U.S. investors.

DocPro secures $500,000

DocPro, a leading legal technology company, has raised $500,000 in a pre-seed investment round from Multiway Industries.

DocLegal.ai aims to offer legal documents at prices as low as $2 per document.

DocPro will use the funding for product development, expanding the engineering and AI teams, and implementing go-to-market strategies.

The Rounds Raises $24 mn

The Rounds, an inventory management platform, has raised $24 million in a Series B funding round led by Moderne Ventures, with participation from FJ Labs and existing investors/

The Rounds has raised $66 million to date.

The Rounds will use the investment to scale its AI-powered service, strategically focusing on profitable growth in existing markets, expanding its team across machine learning, data science, and executive leadership, and launching new markets.

Siepe Raises $30 mn

Siepe, a provider of software and technology-enabled services for private credit and CLO managers, has raised $30 million in a Series B funding round led by WestCap.

Siepe will use the investment to drive multi-product roadmap, including the expansion of its AI and Machine Learning capabilities, and strengthen strategic partnerships.

Harmonyze Secures Over $2 mn

Harmonyze, formerly known as Legal Hat, an AI-first platform designed to increase franchisor’s profit margins, has raised more than $2 million in pre-seed funding.

The VC funding round was led by Bowery Capital, with participation from Focal.VC, as well as individual investors that include CXOs at franchisors, AI companies, and private equity firms.

EQT to invest in Compass

EQT, a global investment organization, will invest in Compass, a leading K-12 vertical SaaS software company, to support its growth, product development and innovation.

Compass will use the investment from EQT to grow in Australia and its key markets.

DL Software raises $2 mn

DL Software has raised $2 million in its pre-seed investment round. The round was led by dao5, Naval, and Evolve Ventures. Other participants included Kevin Zhou, Meltem Demirors, Balaji, and co-founders from Anduril, Rippling, Flexport, Intercom, Lambda, Replit, Ankr, and Akash.

Onebrief Secures $53 mn

Onebrief, a software platform for military staff workflows and collaboration, has raised $53 million.

The round was led by Human Capital, with participation from 9Yards Capital and Caffeinated Capital. Onebrief will use the funding to expand the company’s engineering team and fuel product development.

Qualified Digital Receives Investment from Stella Point Capital

Qualified Digital (QD), a digital business and experience agency, has received an equity investment from Stella Point Capital (SPC).

QD will use the investment to accelerate customer experience, data, content and technology.
