CITCON
CITCON, a mobile payment and commerce solution provider, has raised $5 million led by East West Bank in the Series B financing round. The total financing reached $15 million to date. Other investors include Zhen Fund, HEDA Capital, Cyber Wisdom, Lightbridge Ventures and TEEC Angel Fund.
EverlyWell
EverlyWell, a digital health company, announced $50 million in financing led by investor Goodwater Capital with Highland Capital Partners joining. Next Coast Ventures, NextGen Venture Partners, SoGal Ventures and others participated.
Blume Global
Blume Global, a logistics and digital supply chain solutions company, has received strategic investment from funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management. EQT Infrastructure has a minority investment.
Sila Nanotechnologies
Sila Nanotechnologies, a battery materials company, has secured $170 million in Series E funding led by Daimler AG. This latest round brings the company’s total funding to $295 million. New investor 8VC participated alongside returning investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Chengwei Capital, Matrix Partners, Siemens Next47, and Sutter Hill Ventures.
Embroker
Embroker, a digital insurance company, has raised $28 million Series B funding round led by Tola Capital, with participation from existing investors Canaan Partners, Bee Partners, Manulife Capital Ventures, Nyca Partners, and XL Innovate. The company’s total funding to date reached $42 million.
Flowspace
Flowspace, a warehousing and fulfillment technology company, has raised $12 million in Series A funding led by Canvas Ventures with participation from Moment Ventures, 1984 Ventures and Y Combinator. Flowspace had previously raised $3.4M in seed funding.

6sense, an Account Based Orchestration Platform, powered by AI, announced $27 million in funding — led by Industry Ventures with participation from existing investors Bain Capital Ventures, Battery Ventures, Costanoa Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Venrock.
OnCall Health
OnCall Health, a platform that provides virtual care technology and services for healthcare providers, has raised $1.5 million in seed funding — led by Ripple Ventures with participation from Panache Ventures, Stout Street Capital, and Maple Leaf Angels.
BacklotCars
BacklotCars, an online wholesale automotive marketplace, has raised $25 million in Series B funding — led by Stripes with participation from existing investors such as Origin Ventures, Pritzker Group Venture Capital, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, Royal Street Ventures, KCRise Fund, and Chaifetz Group. The total funding reached $38 million.
Nauticus Blockchain
Melbourne-based fintech Nauticus Blockchain has targeted a $25 million equity raise to fulfill its vision for low cost, borderless financial transactions.
BookMyShow
Online ticketing platform BookMyShow (BMS) has invested in Pune-based payments technology company, AtomX.
Improvado
Improvado, a marketing middleware platform, has raised $8 million in Super Seed funding. Venture capital participants in the round include Bullpen Capital, Cabra.vc and IAdata. Angel investors include Google and Oracle executives.
SWORD Health
SWORD Health, a tech-enabled physical therapy provider, has raised $8 million in a series A investment round led by Khosla Ventures and several other angel investors.
Chainalysis
Chainalysis, a provider of cryptocurrency compliance and investigation solutions, has raised an additional $6 million to close its $36 millino Series B round with a strategic investment from Japan’s largest financial institution, MUFG, as well as Sozo Ventures, the expansion venture capital firm based in Tokyo and Redwood City, California.
Curtail
Curtail has raised $3.25 million in funding, led by Tarus Capital along with other investors.
