VC funding:, Indio Technologies,, Indio Technologies,, TransitScreen, CirrusMD, Wave Financial Group, among others, announced their VC funding rounds from PE or VC firms.
VC funding in technology, a payment solutions provider, has raised $230 million led by Insight Partners and DST Global. Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC, Blossom Capital, Endeavor Catalyst and other strategic investors are also participating in the round.

Indio Technologies

Indio Technologies, an insurance technology company, has raised $20 million in Series B funding — led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from 8VC. The company has raised over $30 million to date.

Wave Financial Group

Fineqia Investments has picked up a stake in Wave Financial Group, which undertakes early-stage investment, asset management, treasury management and strategy consulting to enhance the adoption of blockchain technologies.


TransitScreen, a provider of real-time transportation information software, has raised $3 million in funding from Vancouver-based TIMIA Capital. TransitScreen has raised $6.1 million to date.


CirrusMD, a chat-first virtual care solution, has raised $15 million in a Series B round of funding led by Drive Capital, Colorado Impact Fund and other prior investors. CirrusMD raised $26 million to-date., a Toronto-based company focused on helping small businesses achieve online success, has received $2 million in strategic financing from an elite group of investors led by Moss Kadey.
