CashFlo, OpenGov, Kasisto, CrowdBureau, Elliptic, Bitmark, Danamica, among others, announced their latest VC funding from venture capital companies.
CashFlo, a multi-funder marketplace in India, has raised $3.3 million in series A funding from SAIF Partners, and select angel investors that include Ashish Iyer (previously senior partner at BCG) and Arpan Sheth (Partner and managing director, Bain & Co) among others.
OpenGov, a cloud solutions provider for government, announced $51 million in Series D financing round led by investors Weatherford Capital and 8VC, with participation from existing investor Andreessen Horowitz. OpenGov has raised more than $140 million from Andreessen Horowitz, 8VC, JC2 Ventures, Emerson Collective, and other top investors since its founding in 2012.
Kasisto, a digital experience platform for the financial services industry, has raised $15 million in Series B extension funding round led by new investor Rho Capital Partners with participation from current investors, Oak HC/FT, Propel Venture Partners, Two Sigma Ventures, Commerce Ventures, and the Partnership Fund for New York City.
CrowdBureau has raised $1.1 million in a Series A equity funding round led by Clydagh Limited, Estuary Holdings and Alpama along with existing investors.
Elliptic, a provider of crypto-asset risk management solutions for crypto businesses and financial institutions, has raised $23 million in a Series B round led by Tokyo-based SBI Group, along with new investment from AlbionVC, and participation from existing investors including SignalFire, Octopus Ventures, and Santander Innoventures.
Bitmark, a digital property rights start-up, has raised $3 million in series A round of financing – led by HTC with participation from existing and new investors Alibaba, WI Harper, and DCG.
OYO Hotels & Homes has acquired Danamica, a Copenhagen based data science company, with machine learning and business intelligence capabilities, specialized in dynamic pricing. Financial details were not disclosed.
