CaPow improves automation efficiency by reducing reliance on lithium-ion batteries. Funds drive global expansion and technological advancement.

Epirus Closes $250 mn

Epirus, a defense tech firm specializing in high-power microwave solutions, has closed a $250 million Series D round, totaling $550 million in venture funding. Funds scale Leonidas, a solid-state HPM system for countering drones and electronic threats.

Investment supports talent growth, supply chain upgrades, international expansion, and U.S. manufacturing.

MaxIQ Secures $7.8 mn

MaxIQ, an AI-driven Customer Journey Management platform for B2B SaaS, raised $7.8 million in Seed funding led by Dell Technologies Capital, with Intel Capital.

Freed Secures $30 mn

Freed, an AI clinician assistant, secured $30 million in Series A funding led by Sequoia Capital, with Scale Venture Partners, Daniel Gross, Gokul Rajaram, and Ted Zagat.

With $34 million total funding, Freed aids 17,000+ clinicians by automating medical documentation. Funds will fuel AI assistant expansion beyond note writing.

SpecterOps Raises $75 mn

SpecterOps, a cybersecurity firm specializing in adversary-focused solutions, raised $75 million in Series B funding led by Insight Partners, with Ansa Capital, M12, Ballistic Ventures, Decibel, and Cisco Investments.

Funds will scale BloodHound Enterprise, the first platform for eliminating identity-based attack paths, emphasizing digital identity security.
