Canopy has raised $70 million in a Series C round led by Viking Global Investors, with participation from Ten Coves Capital, Ankona Capital, Pelion Venture Partners, and Tenaya Capital. Following a $35 million round in May 2024, the funding will enhance Canopy’s AI-driven platform to boost efficiency and profitability in medium and large accounting firms and support acquisitions.
Terminal 3 Raises $8 mn
Terminal 3 has raised $8 million in a seed round co-led by Illuminate Financial and CMCC Titan Fund, with participation from Animoca Brands, Progression Fund, IDG Blockchain, Cherubic Ventures, and existing investors 500 Global, Consensys Mesh, Hard Yaka, and BlackPine. The funding will drive development of a new data privacy and security protocol and scale its decentralized identity and credentials platform for enterprises.
Plenful Raises $50 mn
Plenful has raised $50 million in a Series B round co-led by Mitchell Rales and Arena Holdings, with participation from Notable Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, TQ Ventures, Susa/Kivu Ventures, and others. The funding will accelerate product development and go-to-market efforts across healthcare.
Pallie AI Raises $2 mn
Pallie AI has raised $2 million in pre-seed funding led by True Ventures, with participation from Palta. The funding will accelerate the development of Pallie’s AI companion, which acts as a friend, confidant, and wellness coach, analyzing Apple Health data and offering support via messaging apps.
Persona Raises $200 mn
Persona has raised $200 million in a Series D round co-led by Founders Fund and Ribbit Capital, with participation from BOND, Coatue, First Round Capital, and Index Ventures. Founded by Rick Song and Charles Yeh, the round brings Persona’s valuation to $2 billion and supports building a verified identity layer for the agentic AI world.
PilotDesk Secures $5.8 mn
PilotDesk, now rebranded as Swivel, raised $5.8 million in a Series A round led by Tribeca Venture Partners and Ardent Venture Partners, with participation from Motley Fool Ventures, Roster Capital, and AperiamVentures. The funding supports team growth and development of AI-driven orchestration, unified analytics, and integrations across ad tech platforms.
