Opnova raises $3.75 mn
Opnova, a provider of security and compliance operations optimization, has raised $3.75 million in pre-seed funding co-led by Faber, ScaleX, and Preface Ventures.
AtoB raises new funding
AtoB, a provider of payment solutions for the transportation industry, has raised $130 million in equity and debt funding.
The Series C equity and debt funding round was led by General Catalyst and Bloomberg Beta along with participation from Mastercard and leading trucking and logistics industry players.
Picus Security raises $45 mn
Picus Security, a security validation company, has raised $45 million in a growth investment round led by Riverwood Capital with the participation of existing investor Earlybird Digital East Fund.
Picus Security raised $80 million to date.
Picus has over 500 enterprise customers worldwide.
Picus will use the investment for product innovation and expand customers, sales, and marketing.
Safire Group raises $8 mn
Safire Technology Group has raised $8 million in a Pre-Series A financing round led by Canaan Partners.
There was participation from Correlation Ventures, Higher Life Ventures, Ajinomoto, Automotive Ventures, Outpost Ventures, Potomac Angel Capital, and MaC Venture Capital.
Safire Technology has raised $11 million to date.
Mercor raises $30 mn
Mercor, an AI hiring platform, has raised $30 million in a Series A funding round. The VC funding round was led by Victor Lazarte and Bill Gurley at Benchmark, with participation from General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Jack Dorsey, Adam D’Angelo, Larry Summers, Chris Re, and others.
Mevo raises $19 mn
Mevo, a digital prescription platform in Brazil, has raised $19 million in new venture capital funding.
Mevo allows patients to access their prescriptions and purchase medications through a mobile interface.
The VC funding round was led by Matrix, with participation from Jefferson River Capital.
Notable new investors include Elliot Cohen, former Amazon Pharmacy leader and PillPack cofounder.
Mevo plans to use the funding to expand its network of healthcare provider partners and enhance its digital prescription and pharmacy marketplace platform.
Hemi Labs raises $15 mn
Hemi Labs has raised $15 million in a VC funding round to launch a modular blockchain network built on Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Binance Labs, Breyer Capital, and Big Brain Holdings led the investment round.
Breyer Capital was an early investor in Facebook, Circle, and Spotify. Big Brain Holdings is a leading Web3 fund with investments in Solana, The Graph, and Arweave.
The latest VC funding round included participation from Crypto.com, Web3 Ventures, HyperChain Capital, Alchemy, SALT Fund, Kelly Investments, Sunflower Capital, DNA Fund, Gate Ventures, Quantstamp, TRGC, BTC INC, Artichoke Capital, Cypher Capital, SNZ Holding, C6E, IBG Capital, Protein Capital, MON Ventures, SV5, Impossible Finance, Jihan Wu (Bitdeer), George Burke (Portal), Sonny Singh (Beluga), amongst others.
