Alix Secures $20 mn

Alix, the AI-powered estate‑settlement startup co‑founded by CEO Alexandra Mysoor and CTO Hugh Tamassia, has raised $20 million in a Series A led by Acrew Capital, with participation from Charles Schwab, Edward Jones Ventures, and existing backers Initialized, Scribble, Magnify, Ziegler Link•age, and Cameron Ventures. The funding will accelerate Alix’s agentic-AI strategy, scaling its platform that automates wealth transfer processes, reducing the typical 12–18 months and 900-hour executor burden. With new AI-focused hires and a San Francisco office, Alix aims to integrate into financial partners and distribution channels, enhancing user experience and innovating estate settlement workflows.

Eton Solutions Secures $58 mn

Eton Solutions, founded in 2015 by CEO Rob Mallernee, has closed a $58 million Series C led by Navis Capital Partners, with additional support from existing investors. The funding will accelerate AI-driven innovation in its AtlasFive wealth-management platform— integrating data aggregation, reporting, and workflows — for ultra-high-net-worth family offices, private equity firms, and funds. AtlasFive now serves over 800 families with $1 trillion+ in assets and has seen client growth of 340 percent over three years. With 425 employees across North Carolina and Singapore, Eton aims to broaden its suite to serve individuals with $25 million+ in assets, focusing on scalable automation, compliance, and enhanced customer experience.

Xelix Closes $160 mn

Xelix, led by Founder & CEO Paul Roiter, has closed a $160 million Series B round led by Insight Partners, with follow-on from Passion Capital and LocalGlobe. The funding accelerates development of its agentic-AI accounts‑payable platform, automating invoice error detection, fraud prevention, supplier statement reconciliation, and AI-powered helpdesk workflows. Serving over 130 global enterprise customers — including AstraZeneca, BAT, GSK, and Virgin Atlantic — it processes 115 million invoices and audits $750 billion in spend annually. Strategy focuses on fast six- to eight-week deployment, immediate ROI, and U.S. market expansion. Innovation in gen‑AI helps transform AP into a proactive, strategic, data-driven function.
