AirMDR Secure $15.5 mn

AirMDR, an AI-native Managed Detection and Response provider founded by CEO Kumar Saurabh and CTO Srikant Vissamsetti, raised $15.5 million in seed funding led by Race Capital, with participation from Foundation Capital and Storm Ventures. The strategy is to deliver enterprise-level AI SOC services to organizations of all sizes. Funds will be used to enhance AI Analyst capabilities and scale sales and marketing. The technology combines autonomous AI triage with a 24/7 human analyst layer, automating alert handling, investigations, and containment. Customers benefit from faster threat detection—AirMDR triages approximately 80 percent of alerts autonomously—improved response times, reduced SOC costs, and enterprise-grade security accessible to SMBs.

Unblock Secures $13.5 mn

Unblock, an energy infrastructure company led by founder and CEO Tomas Ocampo, raised $13.5 million in a seed round led by Goldcrest Capital and Collaborative Fund, with backing from Pampa Energía, Grupo Sielecki, FJ Labs, NYDIG, Luxor Technology, and Sunna Ventures. Based in Argentina, Unblock deploys modular data centers at remote energy sites to convert flared gas and curtailed renewables into computing power, eliminating 142,000 tons of CO₂ annually. The strategy targets rapid expansion across Latin America, hiring engineering and field teams, and local data center production. The AI-driven infrastructure brings economic value to producers while providing elastic compute capacity and supporting grid flexibility.

SiPearl Secures €130 mn

SiPearl, a France-based high-performance processor developer founded under the European Processor Initiative, closed a €130 million Series A, including a €32 million tranche co-led by Cathay Venture, EIC Fund, and France 2030. The strategy is to commercialize its Rhea1 chip—the most complex processor designed in Europe with 80 Arm Neoverse V1 cores and over 61 billion transistors—and support the upcoming JUPITER exascale supercomputer project. Funding will accelerate industrial-scale production at TSMC, R&D for next-gen processors, and prepare for a Series B. Technology delivers energy-efficient, sovereign computers for HPC, AI, and data centers. Benefits include European chip sovereignty, advanced AI infrastructure, and enhanced global competitiveness.

Blues Secures $33 mn

Blues, a cloud-embedded intelligence startup co-founded by CTO Alex Bormans in 2022, raised $33 million through additional follow-on funding from existing investors . The strategy focuses on advancing its voice-enabled AI platform that transforms physical products—like appliances and industrial devices—into predictive, cloud-connected systems. Funds will support engineering team growth, support for smart products, and partnership expansion. Technology embeds low-latency AI agents into edge devices to enable features such as voice interaction, real-time diagnostics, and autonomous maintenance. Target customers include manufacturers seeking smarter, service-connected products. Benefits include reduced downtime, enhanced customer experience, and new data-driven business models.

Parspec Raises $20 mn

Parspec, a San Mateo‑based construction supply chain platform co‑founded by Forest Flager and Pratyush Havelia, raised $20 million in a Series A round led by Threshold Ventures, with participation from Innovation Endeavors, Building Ventures, Heartland Ventures, and Hometeam Ventures. The strategy aims to modernize procurement workflows—quoting, submittals, and product selection—using multimodal AI to extract specifications and match compliant products from a catalogue of over 6 million SKUs. Investment will fund development of distributor order management and contractor portal features, accelerate go‑to‑market execution, and support customer‑driven product innovation. Customers report 50–100 percent productivity gains and faster bidding. Benefits include streamlined operations, improved compliance, and higher project win rates.
