Glue Collaboration, 1Password, Elektra Labs, Cutover, Uploadcare, WHOOP, PostProcess Technologies, Loop, Apervita, Energyworx, Stradigi AI, BlackSky, Hive, among others, announced their latest VC funding rounds from venture capital firms.

Glue Collaboration

Glue Collaboration, a virtual collaboration platform, has raised €3.5 million in its seed round — led by Maki.vc. Other investors included Reaktor Innovations, Bragiel Brothers and Foobar Technologies. Business Finland, the Finnish funding agency for technology and innovation, and OP Bank also provided funding.

1Password

1Password, a password manager, has raised $200 million in a Series A funding round led by Accel and joined by Slack Fund, Atlassian executives and other investors.

Elektra Labs

Elektra Labs, a healthcare-security company building a platform to review and dispense connected technologies remotely, announced a $2.9 million seed round led by Maverick Ventures, with participation from Arkitekt Ventures, Boost VC, Founder Collective, Lux Capital, SV Angel, Village Global and sixteen angels, including founders and CEOs from companies like PillPack, Flatiron Health, National Vision, Shippo, Revel, Verge Genomics and several others.

Cutover

Cutover, a cloud-enabled work orchestration and observability platform, has raised $17 million in Series A funding led by Index Ventures.

Uploadcare

Uploadcare, a supplier of Content Delivery Network (CDN) through its Bi-Directional technology, has raised $1.7 million in new funding — co-led by Runa Capital and Vendep Capital. Existing investors include Vaizra Capital and LVL1 Group.

WHOOP

WHOOP, the human performance company, has raised $55 million in a Series D round in a combination of equity and debt, led by Foundry Group with participation from Two Sigma Ventures, Accomplice, Thursday Ventures, Promus Ventures, Silicon Valley Bank, and strategic individuals.

PostProcess Technologies

PostProcess Technologies, a provider of automated and intelligent solutions for additive manufacturing (AM) post-printing, announced a $20 million in Series B funding round led by businessman Tom Golisano.

Loop

Loop, the e-commerce SaaS platform focused on building Love after purchase, has closed a $10 million Series A funding round. FirstMark Capital, an early investor in Pinterest and Shopify, led the round, and was joined by Lerer Hippeau and Ridge Ventures.

Apervita

Apervita, a platform for value-based collaboration in healthcare, has raised $22 million in incremental investment.

Energyworx

Energyworx, a SaaS-based platform for Energy Data Management for utility companies, has raised €1 million Series A extension funding round, led by EDP Ventures, the venture capital arm of EDP.

Stradigi AI

Stradigi AI, a Montreal-based supplier of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, has closed $40.3 million in a Series A funding round. The Fonds de solidarite FTQ (the Fonds) and Investissement Quebec (IQ) led the fundraising. Series A investors also include Holdun Family Office, Segovia Capital, Cossette, and Stradigi AI’s co-founders Basil Bouraropoulos and Curtis Gavura.

BlackSky

BlackSky, a supplier of geospatial intelligence, satellite imaging and global monitoring services, has raised $50 million senior secured loan from global satellite communications leader, Intelsat.

Hive

Hive, a productivity platform, has raised $10.6 million in a Series A round, bringing total funding to $16.7 million. Comcast Ventures led the round with participation from existing seed investors Tribeca Venture Partners, Vocap Investment Partners, and Rembrandt Venture Partners.
