Thoma Bravo buys Coupa Software for $8 bn

Coupa Software, a leader in Business Spend Management (BSM), announced the completion of its acquisition by Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm, in an all-cash transaction valued at $8 billion.

The transaction includes a significant minority investment from a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).
