XTransfer
XTransfer, a financial technology company, has secured $10 million series A round of financing led by China Merchants Group with participation from 01VC, Yunqi Partners and Gaorong Capital.
Promethium
Promethium, a provider of data governance and business intelligence (BI) analytics, has closed a seed round of $2.5 million led by Zetta Venture Partners.
K4Connect
K4Connect, a technology company to empower older adults and individuals living with disabilities, closed $12 million Series B round of funding led by AXA Venture Partners. This latest round brings the funding total to over $22 million and will be used to further develop the company’s K4Community solution.
100 Thieves
100 Thieves, a lifestyle, apparel, and e-sports brand, has completed its Series A funding round. Drake co-led the investment round alongside Scooter Braun, entertainment industry power-broker and founder of SB Projects. Other new participants in the round include Sequoia Capital, WndrCo, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff, Tao Capital, Green Bay Ventures, and Advancit Capital.
Eyesight
Eyesight, a computer vision company which brings Edge-based computer vision and AI solutions to the automotive and IoT markets, has closed a $15 million growth investment round, led by Jebsen Capital, Arie Capital, Mizrahi Tefahot, among other investors.
Assignar
Assignar, a construction operations management platform provider, has raised $6.2 million USD in Series A funding, led by Tola Capital. Existing Investor, Our Innovation Fund also participated in the round.
Pattern89
Pattern89, which offers artificial intelligence platform to improve paid social advertising results, has raised $3.5 million in additional funding — led by F&M Investments and also included participation from High Alpha Capital, Break Trail Ventures, Elevate Ventures, IrishAngels and strategic angel investors, including Chris Baggott.
Conductor
Visa announced a minority investment in Conductor, a digital payments processing technology platform in Brazil, to accelerate innovation in payments and enable Conductor’s product expansion.
GoEuro
GoEuro, the booking platform for transport across Europe, has raised $150 million, doubling the company’s total capital raised to date. Kinnevik and Temasek led the round, with participation from Hillhouse Capital.
GreenSlate
Veronis Suhler Stevenson, a private investment firm, announced a minority investment in GreenSlate, a cloud-based accounting and payroll software platform for the entertainment industry.

Moody’s Corporation has invested in Team8 Partners II, the second vehicle raised by Team8, a think tank and company creation platform specializing in cybersecurity and data resilience.
