JPMorgan Chase & Co has made a strategic investment in Inpher, a data security and analytics company based in New York and Switzerland. The $10 million Series A financing includes existing investors Crosslink Capital, Bowery Capital and Polytech Ecosystem Ventures.
Cogni
Cogni has closed a $1.7 million seed funding round. The two-year old company is 2 percent owned by Barclays.
Intrigo Systems
Accenture has acquired US-based Intrigo Systems, a provider of systems integration services for SAP enterprise and cloud solutions in e-commerce, supply chain and procurement. The acquisition strengthens Accenture’s capabilities in delivering supply chain transformations that can result in better visibility and buying decisions.
Maverick Medical AI
Maverick Medical AI has raised $700,000 from The Time, a leading Israeli technology incubator in the field of Artificial Intelligence, together with the Israel Innovation Authority.
Kinvolved
Kinvolved, a software and services company, has secured $1.54M in funding through a Seed II investment round — from organizations and angel investors. The Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation (DRK) led the fundraising round.
Zeguro
Zeguro, a provider of cyber risk management for SMBs, closed $5 million in funding from a group of investors led by Mosaik Partners, joined by Healthy Ventures, Munich Re / HSB Ventures, QBE Ventures, Social Capital, Plug and Play, and Sparkland Capital.
Transit
Alliance Ventures, the venture capital arm of Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, has invested in the latest round of funding in Transit, a multi-modal transportation mobile app company based in Montreal, Canada.
Oncology Analytics
Oncology Analytics, a technology-enabled service company, has raised $21 million Series B funding round – led by Oak HC/FT and was joined by investor McKesson Ventures along with returning investors Blue Cross Blue Shield Venture Partners and Sandbox Advantage Fund.
