iDonate
iDonate, a provider of donor engagement solutions, announced $10 million Series A funding round led by PerformanceEdge Partners (PEP) and includes additional funding from existing and new investors such as the Miles Foundation.
Glassbox
Glassbox, an Israeli provider of customer management technology, has raised $25 million in a round of financing led by Updata Partners, a software-focused growth equity firm based in Washington. The funding was joined by Ibex Investors, CEIIF, the venture arm of CreditEase, and Gefen Capital. This takes its total capital raised since inception to $32.5 million.
Randori
Randori raised $9.75 million in funding led by Accomplice, with participation from .406 Ventures and Legion Capital.
SKALE Labs
SKALE Labs, a blockchain infrastructure company, has raised $9.65 million in funding — led by Multicoin Capital. Other investors include Aspect Ventures, Blockchange Ventures, Boost.VC, Canaan Venture Partners, Galaxy Digital, FLOODGATE Fund, Hack.VC, Neo Global Capital, Signia Venture Partners, among others.
Perch Security
Perch Security, the cybersecurity company, announced $9 million in Series A funding from ConnectWise and existing investor Fishtech Group.
MoQuality
MoQuality, a start-up that provides AI driven mobile testing solutions to help app developers accelerate testing, closed a $2.5 million seed round – led by San Francisco-based Amity Ventures and some of the early investors include Cox Enterprises and Techstars.
PureSec
PureSec, a serverless security company, announced a $7 million series A round — led by Square Peg Capital, with participation from previous investors including TLV Partners and Entree Capital. This round brings PureSec’s capital raised to a total of $10 million.
Authentic4D
Authentic4D, a provider of medical imaging review technology for casualty insurance claims, announced the closing of $5 million Series A investment — led by IA Capital Group and joined by one of the 10 largest property and casualty insurance companies in the United States.
JFrog
JFrog, a DevOps technology company, announced $165 million Series D funding — led by Insight Venture Partners.
Sector 5
Sector 5, Inc. announced that it entered into an agreement to receive up to $10 million in financing in the form of an equity line from private equity firm Auctus Fund.
Sense
Sense announced the close of $18 million Series B financing led by Schneider Electric, along with previous investors Prelude Ventures, Capricorn Investment Group, Shell Ventures, Energy Impact Partners, and iRobot. This brings Sense’s total funding to date to $38.6 million.
