iCapital Network
iCapital Network, a financial technology platform, has received investment from Blackstone during the company’s latest financing round. BlackRock, BNY Mellon, Credit Suisse Group, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and UBS Financial Services, are the other investors or partners.
Compare.com
Compare.com, an online car insurance comparison site, has raised $35 million. The company has raised $185 million to date. Investors for this raise include former Admiral Group CEO, Henry Engelhardt and his wife with $25 million investment.
MTS
MTS, a provider of telecommunications expense management and enterprise mobility management solutions, has raised $1.5 million investment.
Imbellus
Imbellus, a developer of simulation-based assessment technology, has raised $14.5 million Series A financing round led by Owl Ventures, bringing the company’s total funding to $23 million. Prior investors, including Upfront Ventures and Thrive Capital, participated alongside Rethink Education, which also joined the round.
1DROP
1DROP, a life science company developing medical diagnostic testing platform, closed $4.25 million Series A equity financing round — led by Christian Wildmoser (former partner CVC Capital Partners & Swiss Startup Group Investor). Hans-Peter Strebel (owner of On Your Marks) joined the round. Beat Schillig (IFJ Institute for Young Entrepreneurs) and Jean-Philippe de Toledo (CEO of Pharmacie Principale) invested.
Neo4j
Neo4j Inc, a graph database firm, closed an $80 million Series E funding round led by One Peak Partners and Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital.
IntelyCare
IntelyCare announced a $10.8 million investment in Series A round — led by Leerink Revelation Partners with participation from Longmeadow Capital, previous investor LRVHealth and Bill Mantzoukas. This investment brings IntelyCare’s total funding to $14 million.
RingDNA
RingDNA, a sales engagement and conversation analytics provider, has closed its growth equity round led by Goldman Sachs Growth Equity (GS Growth), with participation from previous investors Palisades Growth Capital and Bryant Stibel. RingDNA’s customers include Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Amazon Web Services, Autodesk, SAP Concur, Cvent, Lyft, and Twilio.
ShipMonk
ShipMonk has closed a $10 million Series A financing round led by SJF Ventures with participation from Grotech Ventures, Supply Chain Ventures, and a strategic group of individual angel investors.
Dapper Labs
Dapper Labs, a company behind blockchain product, CryptoKitties, has raised $15 million in financing led by Venrock, with participation from GV (formerly Google Ventures) and Samsung NEXT.
