SAP

KIO Networks, an IT consulting and service company in Mexico, moved to SAP cloud to become an intelligent enterprise. The company has 38 data centers in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and Europe. It adopted SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and SAP Fieldglass solutions to increase efficiency in travel budget management, streamline its procurement processes, improve relationships with vendors and automate the administration of external workers.

Delivery Hero, an online and mobile food ordering company based in Germany, chose SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Ariba and SAP Concur solutions to help scale growth.

iLoLay, a dairy company that exports to more than 30 countries from Argentina, chose SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba and SAP SuccessFactors solutions, among others, to boost its digital transformation road map, improve procurement processes and support its growth plan.

Xiamen Airlines signed an agreement with GE Aviation on the Event Measurement System (EMS) based Flight Analytics Services enabling customers to enhance flight safety, optimize fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs for the airline’s fleet.

IBM

IBM announced that Ancestry, the world’s largest consumer DNA network, has selected IBM Planning Analytics as-a-Service on the IBM Cloud for its business planning and forecasting processes.

IBM and Rackspace

TruSTAR, a cyber intelligence management solutions provider, announced a new partnership with IBM and Rackspace to create the Cloud Fraud Exchange to block fraudsters from replicating attacks across cloud service providers.

SAIC

The US Navy awarded Science Applications International (SAIC) a five-year $597 million contract for the production and delivery of integrated Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems, networks, and support equipment in support of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic.

Comcast

Comcast Business launched dedicated Ethernet connection in Silverstein Eye Centers Arena to deliver improved internet and voice services to the venue.

IBM

Seagate Technology and IBM are working together to reduce product counterfeiting using blockchain and security technologies.

The project, which is designed to help manufacturers, integrators, and business partners fight counterfeit hard drives, uses the IBM Blockchain Platform to authenticate the provenance of disk drive products.

SuperCom

SuperCom has won a contract to provide its PureSecurity Electronic Monitoring (EM) suite of GPS and home detention offender tracking and monitoring solutions to counties in Minnesota and the immediate vicinity.

UTC

UTC Aerospace Systems, a unit of United Technologies, and Lufthansa Technik announced a life of program component service agreement for the maintenance and support of accessories for the Pratt & Whitney PW1100G engine for the A320neo.
