Salesforce announced that State Farm, the largest provider of auto and home insurance in the United States, has selected a number of Salesforce products to deliver engaging, intelligence-driven customer experiences across every State Farm touchpoint.

Trimble announced that Aurizon, Australia’s largest rail freight operator, will deploy the Trimble R2M remote diagnostic system and the Trimble P2M planning and performance management system.

CA Technologies

CA Technologies announced its partnership with Swisscom to create an innovative Open Banking Hub.

TXT Retail

TXT Retail, an Aptos Company, announced that Eminence, the French underwear firm, will deploy TXTPLM solution to accelerate processes for creating and managing its collections.

Recon Technology

Recon Technology, a China-based solutions integrator, has signed approximately $2.1 million contract with Xinjiang East Hope New Energy, a polysilicon producer in China.

RingCentral, a provider of cloud communications and collaboration solutions, announced its tech deal with Pharmacy2U, the UK’s largest online pharmacy, to deliver better customer-centric contact centre experience to support its growth.

Alibaba
