Tech deals: NICE, Infor, AT&T, Infosys, Google Cloud

NICE, Infor, AT&T, Infosys, Google Cloud, Unisys, AWS, Salesforce, among others, have announced their latest technology deals or technology deployments.

NICE

NICE has implemented NICE Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution for SBI Card to support its growth by streamlining operations and enhancing customer experience. SBI has implemented NICE RPA to increase automation in the Indian card issuer’s operations and backend processes to manage repetitive, error prone tasks.

Infor

Infor announced that French construction group Eiffage has selected Infor to optimize, harmonize and secure the management of the maintenance of its machinery and equipment tool assets, as well as its 20,000 light vehicles.

Infor announced that Dutch cheesemaker, Rouveen Kaasspecialiteiten, is live on its new enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, Infor M3, to support its plans for growth.

Infor said that AccorHotels in France has deployed Infor EzRMS, its revenue management solution for the hospitality industry. This is part of a global project and aims to replace the existing solution that will disappear soon and that had been installed in nearly 150 Accor sites in France.

Infor announced that John Henry Foster, a distributor of industrial compress air systems along with robotics and automation components, has deployed Infor Customer Experience (CX) solutions to help future-proof the organization with integrated systems and improved data quality to enhance the customer experience.

AT&T

KONE Americas has selected AT&T as an Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity and service management provider for KONE 24/7 Connected Services.

Iteris

Iteris has won a $4.7 million contract from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to provide development, evolution and deployment support for the intelligent transportation systems (ITS) reference architecture program.

J.P. Morgan

J.P. Morgan announced the expansion of its Interbank Information Network (IINSM), the first live blockchain service offered by the firm.

More than 75 banks have signed up to be part of IIN, the largest number of banks to join a live application of blockchain technology.

Google Cloud

Loylogic, the global leader in e-commerce and e-payment solutions for loyalty programs, and Kuwait Airways’ frequent flyer program, Oasis Club, announce a partnership for Loylogic’s co-branded earn solution Akruu. Oasis club aims to boost member engagement by providing more innovative ways to collect Oasis Club Miles.

Australian Military Bank (AMB) and Infosys Finacle announced the go live of the Finacle banking solutions to drive AMB’s digital transformation program.

Boeing

The U.S. Air Force awarded Boeing a $376 million contract to build four helicopters in the first leg of a $2.38 billion deal to replace the fleet of 46-year-old UH-1N Huey helicopters.

AWS

Amazon Web Services (AWS), an Amazon.com company, announced that Active.Ai, an artificial intelligence (AI) platform provider for financial services companies, has selected AWS as its cloud provider to power the delivery of conversational AI capabilities through its platform TRINITI.

Salesforce

CRM company Salesforce announced its tech deal with rock band Metallica for deploying Salesforce to transform customer engagement.
