Infosys
IT services company Infosys has won a tech deal from Citizens Energy Group (Citizens) to enhance the company’s customer service experience. Citizens will transform its customer service by leveraging Infosys Preconfigured Accelerator for Customer Experience (PACE).
AWS
Amazon Web Services (AWS) has bagged a tech deal from National Australia Bank (NAB) for migrating more than 300 applications, including some core banking systems, to AWS by the end of 2019.
Rimini Street
Rimini Street announced its tech deal with Tokyo Gas, Japan’s largest provider of city gas. Tokyo Gas has switched to Rimini Street support for its SAP BusinessObjects application. Tokyo Gas has realized significant savings in total maintenance costs when factoring in customized system support needs.
ESN
Engineering Services Network (ESN), an engineering and IT solutions in Woodbridge, VA, announced today that it has won a $28.3 million contract from the Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic.
Oracle
Restaurant company Caractere has selected Oracle Food and Beverage technology, in addition to a combination of the Simphony Cloud Point of Sale Platform, the Oracle MICROS workstation 6 family and the Compact Workstation 310 to improve customer experience.
Cisco
MG Motor India announced its technology partnership with enterprise connectivity management platform Cisco IoT and UNLIMIT – an emerging IoT services provider, to develop connected mobility enabled vehicles.
