YOOBIC Acquires Humanitics

YOOBIC acquired retail analytics provider Humanitics to strengthen its AI-driven retail operations platform. The deal aims to integrate Humanitics’ advanced data analytics and predictive insights with YOOBIC’s frontline operations technology, enhancing real-time performance visibility for store teams. Strategically, the acquisition accelerates YOOBIC’s AI roadmap, enabling more automation, faster decision-making, and deeper retail intelligence. The combined platform introduces new innovations such as AI copilots for store managers. The acquisition supports YOOBIC’s expansion in data-centric retail optimisation.

Francisco Partners Acquires OEConnection

Francisco Partners acquired a majority stake in OEConnection (OEC), a leading software provider for automotive after-sales and e-commerce management. The investment aims to scale OEC’s digital ecosystem connecting OEMs, dealerships, wholesalers, and repair centres. The strategy focuses on accelerating innovation in supply-chain automation, parts ordering, inventory intelligence, and workflow optimisation. OEC’s platform is critical for modernising the automotive aftermarket through data-driven service management. While financial details were not disclosed, market estimates value OEC at USD 4–5 billion. Francisco Partners plans to drive technology upgrades and global expansion.

Julyana Free Zone Acquires N4 Terminal Operating System

Julyana Free Zone acquired the N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS) from Kaleris to enable a smart-port transformation at the Port of Benghazi. The purpose of the deal is to upgrade port operations with real-time visibility, automated workflows, and improved container-handling efficiency. Strategically, N4 supports digital modernisation, faster vessel turnaround, reduced congestion, and data-based operational decision-making. The technology enables end-to-end terminal execution with greater accuracy and safety. The purchase aligns with Julyana Free Zone’s long-term logistics innovation strategy.

Scorability Acquires Ryzer

Scorability acquired Ryzer to create an integrated digital platform for college sports recruiting and athletic events. The purpose is to combine Scorability’s analytics-driven athlete evaluation technology with Ryzer’s large event-registration network, enhancing data accuracy and recruitment workflows. Strategically, the merger unifies recruiting, event management, athlete discovery, and performance insights into one ecosystem. Innovation focuses on AI-powered scouting, predictive athlete analytics, and automated event operations. Ryzer brings over one million annual athlete users and thousands of college programmes. Deal value was undisclosed but supported by Scorability’s recent funding round.
