Sword Group Acquires Full On Net

Sword Group acquired Full On Net, a Madrid-based data-science and AI/analytics consultancy, to enhance its digital-platform and near-shore capabilities. The deal is expected to add about €15 million in revenue for 2026 with roughly an 11.5 percent EBITDA margin. The purpose: deepen Sword’s footprint in high-value digital transformation, especially in data science and AI services across Europe. Strategy: embed Full On Net’s specialist skills into Sword’s global IT-services network, scaling near-shore delivery and advanced analytics. Technology & innovation: Full On Net brings AI/ML, social-network analytics and vertical-industry platforms, enhancing Sword’s digital offerings.

CGI Acquires Comarch Polska SA

CGI’s Polish subsidiary has entered an agreement to acquire Comarch Polska SA — a firm with strong public-sector IT and digital-services capabilities. Over 460 professionals will join CGI, growing its workforce in Poland and the Baltic region to about 1,500. The purpose: strengthen CGI’s presence in Eastern Europe and expand its public-administration digital-services footprint. Strategy: combine CGI’s global scale and consulting reach with Comarch Polska’s local market knowledge and solutions. Technological innovation: leveraging Comarch’s software for public-sector digital-transformation (e-governance, document management, ERP) within CGI’s broader consulting and systems-integration platform.

Parris Javaid Acquires DesignLinx Hardware Solutions

Parris Javaid (parent of Parraid, LLC) has acquired DesignLinx Hardware Solutions, an engineering firm with advanced FPGA, SoC and embedded-software expertise. The purpose: accelerate Parraid’s next-gen hardware/telemetry product development by incorporating whole in-house engineering design capability. Strategy: merge DesignLinx’s specialist high-performance hardware design with Parraid’s mission-critical telemetry and secure communications products (defense, aerospace). Technology/innovation: high-throughput FPGA and embedded systems capability will allow faster time-to-market and more sophisticated product architectures (low latency, high reliability, embedded design).

Spir Group ASA Acquires remaining stake in Prosper AI Eiendom AS

Spir Group, through its subsidiary Ambita, has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 85 percent of Prosper AI’s real-estate-broker software division, valuing Prosper Eiendom at NOK 50 million (~US$ 4.5-5 million), with potential earn-outs up to NOK 60-81 million. The purpose: strengthen Spir’s prop-tech offering by owning an AI-driven solution that automates real-estate sales‐prospectus creation, reducing agent effort and human error. Strategy: integrate Prosper’s AI-platform into Spir’s real-estate-software ecosystem to scale across Norway and Sweden. Technological innovation: AI-based document generation and data-analysis tools that reduce hours per listing and improve accuracy.
