Positive Group Acquires Surfer SEO
Positive Group’s acquisition of Surfer SEO is part of a vision to build full-funnel brand visibility tools combining CRM/marketing automation and AI-driven search-/content-optimization. Surfer’s platform uses language models, data analysis and AI to optimise content for search engines and AI assistants; the strategy is to plug this into Positive’s portfolio (marketing/CRM/data) and target the growing AI search optimisation market. The deal size is undisclosed but Positive’s revenue is expected to grow to €70 m in 2025. The acquisition positions Positive to lead in the evolving AI-search ecosystem and signals technology convergence of marketing tools, AI and search.
Fireblocks Acquires Dynamic
Fireblocks, a major digital-asset infrastructure platform, acquired Dynamic to extend its stack from institutional custody to consumer-facing wallet infrastructure. Dynamic’s developer platform simplifies onboarding, wallet creation, multi-chain support and asset bridging (“Auth0 for Web3”). The strategy is to offer a full “custody-to-consumer” Web3 finance stack. Technology innovation lies in combining Fireblocks’ MPC custody network with Dynamic’s wallet and authentication tools, empowering fintechs to embed crypto seamlessly. The deal is valued around US$ 90 million.
Findhelp Acquires Uno Health
Findhelp, a social-care technology platform, purchased Uno Health in order to build the first full-stack benefit-enrollment solution. Uno’s platform automates eligibility screening, document upload and submission for government benefits (Medicaid, SNAP, etc.). The strategy is to unite Findhelp’s referral network with Uno’s digital enrollment engine to streamline social care and benefits access. Innovation arises from rules-based workflow, digital form submission and integrated redetermination. While the deal size is undisclosed, the acquisition addresses the national problem of under-enrollment and high admin cost (up to 75 percent cost reduction).
Genius Solutions Acquires Prextra
Genius Solutions, a Canadian ERP provider, acquired Prextra (developed by CDID) to broaden its ERP portfolio into distribution, services, and project-based industries. The strategic aim is to combine Genius’s manufacturing-focused ERP with Prextra’s flexible platform, accelerate growth, and invest in AI / automation. Technological innovation lies in wrapping AI-driven ERP capabilities, enhanced modules for inventory, WMS and project service management. The team size expands by ~100 new staff; financial terms were undisclosed.
