Ping Identity Acquires Keyless

Ping Identity, backed by Thoma Bravo, acquired Keyless, a privacy-preserving biometric authentication company, to enhance its enterprise and consumer identity-management solutions. The deal strengthens Ping’s strategy to offer secure, password-less access through biometric innovation while addressing privacy concerns. Keyless’ technology enables decentralized biometric authentication that protects user data while improving login security. As 95 percent of smartphone users now rely on biometrics, this acquisition positions Ping to bridge trust and usability gaps in digital identity. Though financial terms remain undisclosed, the deal strategically reinforces Ping’s leadership in the global identity and access management (IAM) market.

CoreWeave Acquires Marimo

CoreWeave Inc. acquired Marimo, a developer of reactive Python notebook software, marking its fourth software acquisition in 2025. The deal aligns with CoreWeave’s strategy to build a comprehensive AI developer platform on top of its GPU-based infrastructure for AI training and inference. Marimo’s interactive development tools complement recent acquisitions—OpenPipe, Weights & Biases, and Monolith AI—enhancing CoreWeave’s capabilities in MLOps, industrial AI, and developer experience. Although financial details were not revealed, the acquisition underscores CoreWeave’s focus on vertical integration in AI software after withdrawing its $9 billion bid for Core Scientific, its only planned infrastructure deal of the year.

Securitize Mergers with Cantor Equity Partners II

Securitize, a leading blockchain-based tokenization platform, went public through a $1.3 billion reverse merger with Cantor Equity Partners II. The deal’s purpose is to expand investor access to digital securities and accelerate blockchain adoption in traditional finance. Securitize’s platform enables compliant issuance and trading of tokenized assets, combining innovation in digital securities infrastructure with Cantor’s financial expertise. This merger strengthens Securitize’s capital base, enhances institutional credibility, and supports regulatory growth across global markets. The transaction signals the continued convergence of Web3 technology and mainstream capital markets, positioning Securitize as a pioneer in the tokenized asset management ecosystem.

PatientNow Acquires Recura

PatientNow, backed by PSG Equity and Blue Star Innovation Partners, acquired Recura, a healthcare marketing automation software firm. The acquisition enhances PatientNow’s integrated platform for medical practices by adding advanced AI-driven marketing and patient engagement tools. The strategic move aims to streamline practice operations, improve lead management, and boost patient retention. By integrating Recura’s data-driven automation with PatientNow’s practice-management and EMR systems, the company strengthens its position in healthcare technology and SaaS innovation. Financial terms were not disclosed, but the deal reflects PatientNow’s focus on scaling its product suite and improving healthcare providers’ operational efficiency.

Xavo Acquires Laboperator from Labforward

Xavo, a provider of laboratory execution and automation solutions, acquired Laboperator from Labforward to expand its footprint in lab workflow automation. The deal enhances Xavo’s capabilities in digitizing and orchestrating laboratory operations across biotech and pharmaceutical R&D environments. Laboperator’s technology allows seamless device connectivity and real-time data capture, supporting innovation in smart laboratory systems. The acquisition aligns with Xavo’s strategy to build an end-to-end platform that integrates workflow execution, compliance, and analytics. Though deal value was undisclosed, this move reinforces Xavo’s position as a leading player in life sciences digital transformation and lab automation markets.
